I've lived in various states with many different internet providers, and I didn't have high expectations for service on the Oregon coast. Pioneer Connect was definitely the right choice. The service from the employees, as well as the strength of the internet signal, has been awesome! Thank you!

I've always had great service and experience with them. Internet speeds are fast at my house, even for gaming. They're not shutting off people's internet during covid, and it's been three months now. Great company.

Pioneer internet is junk! Constant buffering! We need to all drop them and run them out of our town. $100 a month for absolute junk! They need to step into the 2000's and upgrade! This is ridiculous!

I love how they only have the good reviews showing, but clearly have more 1 stars than anything. This service is terrible. I dont pay 129 a month for the highest speed service you pro I'd, to not be able to run 2 playstations at once. I dont know what has happened in the last few months, but we never had this problem before. And in the last 4 months I've made atleast 5 calls, and had 2 people come out for then just to tell me "its showing you're getting max speeds on our test" when we check any other test, Googles mainly it says we are barely getting 6mb. If you weren't the only provider in Waldport I would switch in a second. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR TRASH SERVICE. Also I love the fact that the last review I left at one point I said "the customer service is great." Because it is, but out of the whole reviews thats what you show. Such a joke

I have had nothing but great service from Pioneer for 20 years. We leave each year for some months & our service is always turned on when we return & off when we request it. If service has ever been interrupted, they have always restored it quickly & politely. I am a very satisfied customer.

I would go 0 stars if I could. We pay waaaaay too much for some of the lowest quality service I've had. We pay for the highest quality, and it is terrible. Consistantly lagging on any online game. I would reccomend getting other company for your internet, But they are sadly the only ones here. It's a joke. I will say though. The customer service is great. Everyone I've talked too has been more than helpful and extremely friendly. No complaints there. Just the quality of service.

4 guys came and dug a trench UNDER my concrete pad and hooked up my phone and internet basically for free (regular new hookup charge)..They spent a lot of time in and UNDER my home that had no phone jacks in my new log construction to give me the most economical solution. The customer service person was very nice, also not trying to "sell" me something I didn't want...don';t know why there are some negative reviews, but they seem to be from a while ago.

I have had Pioneer for over 3 years and they have been wonderful to work with. They are always pleasant and courteous - real small town service. The person I spoke with even gave me guidance which saved me a bunch of money on my long distance service. I've had nothing but good experiences.
