Short wait but John in the Roseburg Verizon location made it worth the wait. He was so patient with elderly customers and showed us how to change to the phone plan to one that better suited their needs and even saved them some money in the process. Great personality and he made the process a lot less stressful. Thanks John!

Dishonest, disappointing, and dead zones all over town. I was in a crunch and had to get a new phone, got sweet talked by the salesman and promised one price, ended up paying $100 over that every month for 2 years. Yes I tried to talk to the salesman, yes I called customer service multiple times; multiple times I was promised that “next month I would be charged the rate promised”. Eventually customer service couldn’t find any records of previous calls. Finally my 2 years is up, I buy unlocked new phones on Swappa (highly recommend) and take them to a new carrier. But that’s not the end! Verizon charges me the full amount for another month and locks my account. So I can’t access my paperless statements, I can’t see my account, I can’t chat with customer service, I finally found a number to call and am on hour #2 and rep #3. Somehow no one can clearly tell me what the dates are for the last round of charges, when, if, or how much I will be refunded, even though they can clearly see I don’t have service or contracts through Verizon anymore. Bonus: my Disney+ cant be disconnected by them or me, so they will be charging full price monthly for that. It has to be cancelled through my Verizon account, that I’ve been locked out of; if I want to start a new line of service I can reactivate my account and cancel it though, all activation fees will apply. Makes sense. Side note: there are literally dead zones all over town, their coverage is awful and the most expensive. Went with AT&T and had coverage almost up to steamboat, have yet to experience a dead zone while in town.

The service at this location is second to none. Both Nick and John were able to help me with my defective phone promptly. The facility was clean, staff was very prompt and professional. I was able to get exactly what I needed as I was away from home and needed a phone that would properly charge. Thank you! A+++ service, highly recommended for your phone services.

I came in prepared to pay my daughter‘s phone off for her birthday and get her an upgraded one! I saved just the amount her phone would cost to pay off. Red then told me that I was being charged $60 for them to sell me a phone I didn’t need help doing anything else. I was told that if I did it online I wouldn’t be charged the $60 but they still proceeded to check me out knowing that I didn’t have the money. I get everybody has to make a living but I scraped nickels and dimes to pay this phone off for my daughter to in return get ripped off when I could’ve done it online for free. There was no compassion or understanding they only cared about making there cut :( let’s just say I won’t be going to this location again

Went in today to pay my past due balance and see about getting an upgrade. I walked out with a brand new iPhone 13 pro all thanks to John working with me and he was amazing and so nice. Let me know how my bill would look after getting a new phone. So helpful.
