I brought in my T-Mobile wifi Modem into the shop because I had issues. I was explaining the issues to the rep Angela & the whole time she seem liked she didn’t care about what I had to say & rolled her eyes at me couple times & yawned. She only perked up when I was done talking & she was explaining how to return it & to remember leave review how she did. She needs to work on her customer service skills & how she interacts with customers. One of the worse experiences I have had, what a joke!

T-Mobile is trash! You forced us to get new phones because of 5G. It is suppose to be way faster...well what happened?! I have never had a slower service, I feel like I'm on dial-up. This service will NOT work unless I'm on wifi! This is horrible...you deserve NO stars!

May assisted me in the purchase of a new phone. My old phone was outdated. She was very helpful & explained things well. It was a great experience.

Terrible staff. Spent two hours with no results. Was going to switch from Verizon but I ended up walking out. Your not going to gain to many customers if your service is this garbage.

I went to this store today as I wanted to upgrade my phone. There were at least 6 employees and only 1 customer, me. I told them what I wanted, however nobody was willing to help. I left with no new phone since they were not interested in my quest to get a new phone. Not just bad service, but no service.

Was lied to and mocked at this store when asked for an explanation of charges that were unexpected after switching from Verizon to tmobile. The associates at this store were rude and worthless. I called tmobile customer service and they were able to fix and explain everything. Their phone customer service saved them from losing a customer because I was ready to switch after my experience at this store.

***Update 2/7/2022 I have been in contact with the store management and we were able to reach a solution. I appreciate the willingness to recognize that there had been an issue and to fix it. Rating has been changed from a 1 to a 3*** I switched from Metro by T-Mobile in December because we were offered free phones via monthly bill credits. The salesperson had to order the phones because there weren't any of the ones that we wanted in stock so he just activated the SIM cards so we could use them in our old phones until the new ones arrived. He also activated 2 tracker devices and when I asked him what they were for he assured me that the devices would be paid for via monthly bill credits and that if I signed up for autopay the service for the trackers would be free. I told him I didn't really need them but he assured me again that they were free so I should just take them. Maybe he gets commission for each device he sells... I have now gotten my second bill and am still being forced to pay over $12 a month for the service for the 2 trackers which I was promised would be free. I contacted customer service and was told to return the devices to the store, but when I called the store they said that since it has been more than 14 days they won't take them back. The manager said he was with a customer and would see what he can do and promised to call me back with a solution. Needless to say, I am still waiting... Save yourself the hassle and go to a different location.

Please note I am only rating customer service for the t-mobile store on TV highway in hillsboro, or. I was up in hillsboro over the holidays and stopped into this t-mobile store the day after Christmas with my wife to get us new phones. I was told by the t-mobile employee that we could get the new Samsung flip 3 for free through one of the promotions if we upgraded to magenta max. We currently had the military magenta plus plan. I compared the plan and it was the same cost as the plan I was on so I said I had no problem with it. After the t-mobile employee talked with her manager she said we shouldn't have to switch plans and that way they wouldn't have to re-setup our Netflix subscription. She went ahead and started setting us up with our new phones. While setting up she had an issue getting the promotion to apply but said that we should receive the credit and if we don't to talk to any t-mobile store and they should be able to get it fixed. Well today I looked at my bill and realized I am getting billed for the phones so I stopped into my local t-mobile here in chandler on Arizona Ave and Pecos and was basically told I was lied to and that the only deal they had that would have given me anything was a discount of 400 on the phones with a trade in but since there was no trade in at the time we got the phones and the promotion is expired there was nothing they could do. Now I am stuck paying full price for the phones that I was told I was going to get for free.

I would prefer to give this store zero stars. I do not recommend this store because he told me that my phone wouldn't be compatible with T-mobile and then grabbed a free phone and GPS tracker with my new line. After he grabbed them he told me that I would have to pay $60 to start the line but after I paid he said that I am not eligible for the free phone and tracker and he added the new line and used the phone I brought in to put my SIM card in. I feel upset and on top of it all I did not get a refund. When I asked for the manager he said that he is busy and that I should call later. I hate the scenario where I trust people and get played. Thank you for reading about my experience at this T-Mobile store. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
