I brought in my T-Mobile wifi Modem into the shop because I had issues. I was explaining the issues to the rep Angela & the whole time she seem liked she didn’t care about what I had to say & rolled her eyes at me couple times & yawned. She only perked up when I was done talking & she was explaining how to return it & to remember leave review how she did. She needs to work on her customer service skills & how she interacts with customers. One of the worse experiences I have had, what a joke! ~Kaboom
