I worked for Banner Bank for 6 years and even after moving on to other career industries they still treat me like family. I’ve had amazing customer service experience. I understand people’s frustration with bank policies and deposit availability questions and overdraft fees, late payment fees etc. I encourage everyone to get more educated on how their bank accounts work and have a meeting with their banker or bank manager on how things function. Cash deposits always available right away. Out of the ordinary check deposits (larger than usual) will get put on hold so they ensure you collect the money. Payday loans checks etc will always be put on hold so please don’t expect to have them cash it out when your bank balance is lower than the check. If you desperately need cash for the check go to the bank that is drawn from you may pay a small fee but it’s better than not having the money at all. Overall Banner Bank has given us great service. ~Gabriel

I go to this plaid often. Quite often there is a line bit, it moves quickly. They are short staffed like the rest of the world but, they continue to show great costumer service and remain kind and patient through it! ~Tianna

We LOVE Jackson's Superstores (they are everywhere in Idaho), but this particular one has bent over backwards to help us and take care of us when an incident occurred at the gas pump. The employee took immediate action, and notified the owner who then made appropriate calls to get us back on the road! I recommend this particular store to anyone and everyone in the Hillsboro, Oregon area! Even if you're just passing through, stop at this store and say hi to the employees for us, and if the owner is here, shake his hand! Tremendously wonderful people! ~Gina

I bought at local plad pantry opened it up and took a few bite when I notice this white stuff on it. Looked at it closely and it’s MOLD. Idk whose fault it is the supplier or the vendedor but this is duscusting. My stomach is literally hurting as I write this. Shame on you guys !! ~JUNIOR

Some of the worst customer service at this store. I never go in. I come here for gas only. Either there are employees outside smoking and have cones at every gas pump not open for gas. Or when you do get an employee to pump your gas he is rude. Doesn’t say a word. Rolls his eyes. ~Jesse

Always super friendly! A tad bit more expensive than Plaid Pantry but comparable to your convenience//as station markets. Just be careful with the quart sized paper boxed dairy items, if you grab from the back of the stock, you're get the newer product and expiration date of the selection. ~Darla

Switched to this pharmacy because of the VID. They have a drive up window. Sticking with them because they are thorough but not overbearing (as in no unnecessary consultations, they are fast getting orders ready, they message you when it’s ready in a timely manner and somehow reach doctors offices where other places generally just let you hang with no fill and no info). I’m not a review leaver, but I’ll toot their horn! Good pharmacies are hard to find. These folks are good. ~Sha

If you haven't considered T-Mobile, you should do it now! You will find friendly, knowledgible representatives who can get you the best cell phone service for the best price! I have been with T-Mobile for 25 years and they have my highest recommendation. ~Kathryn

Love this location. I drive to this specific location because the staff doesn’t change. They got this customer service thing down. They are knowledgeable, quick, respectful and just all around nice peeps. I love that when I go here I know I’m getting quality care and product. I buy my automobile FOB batteries here. I use the lifetime battery replacement plan. I’m in and out in less that 10 minutes on those days. I’m horrible at maintains the battery in my motorbike. I replace the battery every other year (because I don’t take care of it). They always try and help me make the battery last longer and give me tips. I never follow them (you can lead a horse to water…). Just go here, you see what I mean. They rock. The guy with the awesome beard is legit too. The beard alone should draw you in! ~Tanya
