I needed two odd sized batteries for a hoyer lift. The Battery pack from the Supplier was over 400 dollars. I took it apart and got the two replacement batteries for 36 dollars each.

Love this location. I drive to this specific location because the staff doesn’t change. They got this customer service thing down. They are knowledgeable, quick, respectful and just all around nice peeps. I love that when I go here I know I’m getting quality care and product. I buy my automobile FOB batteries here. I use the lifetime battery replacement plan. I’m in and out in less that 10 minutes on those days. I’m horrible at maintains the battery in my motorbike. I replace the battery every other year (because I don’t take care of it). They always try and help me make the battery last longer and give me tips. I never follow them (you can lead a horse to water…). Just go here, you see what I mean. They rock. The guy with the awesome beard is legit too. The beard alone should draw you in!

Austin saved the day! I work on scuba equipment and needed a certain battery that is similar to a common-ish CR2 but not the same. Other stores in this chain could not differentiate the two. Austin nailed it 30 seconds into my explanation and took the initiative to put one on hold for me until I got there. I’ll never change another transmitter battery or go on another black water dive without remembering Austin and the small things that make up big ones. Many thanks, Austin!

They cant even repair a broken screen on a Galaxy S7. I went here to have my phone repaired and after being told they can get the part and repair it 2 days later (while they have my phone) they tell me that the part was wrong and actually cant get the part to repair my phone. All this being said they even said that their computer data base said that the part was for a Galaxy S7. Then I get the phone home (to try and fix it myself) and turns out that they left a part off of the phone so now I have to drive back and get the part that they left out of my phone! I live 1/2 hour away each way! I will never be recommending this place for anyone who wants their phone repaired.

I was dreading turning in many pounds of old batteries, including one for my 18V Dewalt drill because I figured it would be expensive, or require sorting button from the tube styles. But the salesperson made recycling easy and I immediately replaced the dead Dewalt battery from their onsite inventory. It was quick, kind, and convenient!

Excellent service! I bought a new chipped key for my vehicle, and it took them a bit to get it programmed properly. I had to go back once because they had to order another key, which turned out to be an error on their part due to misreading the code. BUT, the gentleman who ultimately got us hooked up owned up to the issue and apologized for it, which I really appreciated. Not many businesses admit their mistakes these days.
