I walked into the branch livid because they had closed my account without authorization because I used my UPS mailbox address to open my account because the homeless in the area had been stealing my mail. Well, their fraud department flagged it as fraud and blocked my account. I walked into the branch really upset. The branch manager Allie took care of me, and I hope upper management recognizes her. I was going to write Citibank off but she is the reason I will go back and re-open my account with them. I wish the banking center hours were longer.

The Citibank is violating my right to update my legal name. I've tried several times to update my information in the bank and, by excuses and lies, Citibank does not allow me this right. I sent a hard copy by regular mail through USPS in February 2020. The Bank said my photo was blurry on the paper, which was the first lie because I sent the same hard copy to plenty of institutions to change my name and NOBODY had a problem with the letter size of the copy. After that, I sent the hard copy again, and they lost my documentation. The third time I sent the documentation AGAIN (on March 5th) a Fax to the number they gave me. After that, they verified my information and send me a new credit card, but with my new name incorrectly printed on it. I'll call them AGAIN, and the send me a new card with the name corrected. Now, and without my permission, they change back my name to my old name (that is no more my legal name). And the new lie they say is that they never verified my information and that they do not have my documents. We have two possibles situations here: Either they are lying about the verification of my name, hence they are violating my rights and the decision of the federal court. Or they have violated the law by issue a credit card with a name on it that they say they don't have the documentation for and they never have verified. Either way, this behavior is unconstitutional. They are violating my rights. I have a court's permission to change my name and Citibank is violating the federal court decision.

Worse customer service.!! You walk in and they have new people that dont know what to do and at time they are just talking making jokes while customers are waiting in line and that make you wait a long time standing there while the manager just walk around like dont care.. go to another branch trust the reviews here and comments..!

Very lazy employees. We were there for over 2 hours for a matter that could've been solved in under 10 minutes. We ended up leaving and taking our business elsewhere. If you need to use Citibank, go to another branch. If you want to open an account with Citibank, I suggest you go to another bank.
