Not a great selection but giving the size of the store it is not bad. However the last three times I have come here they were out of Dr. Pepper in the fountain machine with no indication it was out of order. The Sprite and Coke mixture were too watery as well. Also whenever I get fuel at the pump, the receipt printer is out of paper. Whoever runs this store really needs to get it together.

Have been coming to this shell for the past few years , never had a bad experience till today . I walked into store to purchase snacks for my son and myself . My total was $28 and some change , I handed cashier “Musbad “ or “ Musman” a male man a $100 and he started being rude while raising his voice “ I DONT HAVE CHANGE “ then I responded “ and your getting loud with me why ? I don’t understand the disrespect ! I opened my wallet so he can see that I only had 4 $1 dollar bills and 3 $100’s . But yet I turn to leave the next person in line hands him a $100 and he DOES have change for them !!!! never returning here again !

I usually stop at this station and every time was ok until I tried to put some gas the other day. I had a $100 dollar bill and handled to the attendant Arturo ( prescription glasses and tattoos) And I asked to put $40 dollars but I was thirsty and before I got my change I got a drink from the fridge I thought it will be easy to get charge for both things on the same time, then is when everything start to get weird! The guy scan the drink and give me the total and then he ask me how I’m going to pay for it cash or credit and I look at him like “I just give you $100 bill” So obviously cash he said “no you didn’t give me anything” and I looked around to see if ni one was there maybe someone else took my change but nop! No one else’s was there!! Sol long history short I got in to and argument until he give me back my $100 back!! I don’t even want to pump gas! I went somewhere else!! DON’T GO THERE IF YOU HAVE TO BECAREFULL WITH ARTURO!!! The manager of the place should be aware of this guy!!

The lady in the morning and someone named POONAM treated me like I was insignificant. When I asked to use the bathroom, they lied to me and said it was out of order but as I was walking out, I saw someone leaving the bathroom and I went in afterwards and there was nothing out of order. I believe this was racial prejudice and this should be stopped in America.

Good gas. Decent prices for the area. Always use premium and use Ralph's rewards to save some money. Rarely ever go inside. Staff if usually friendly when I do go in. Air pump is free upon request.

The service was horrid. I attempted to use a gift card. The cashier didn't know how to process the payment. Then suggested I return in the morning. I called the gift card support people to make sure the card had a balance. Which I did on speaker. It did. So I asked him to try again. He did. Failed again. I asked that he call the support number on the card because it has a retailer option. He said he was calling another employee to help. After 15 minutes waiting Abhineet comes out. We try again. Same thing. I once again ask him to call the number on the card. He says it's not his job. So I call the number and once again on speaker phone pick the retailer option. The rep says they are having issues with the process system with no ETA. I ask for his managers info. All he does is write Ravi on a paper. I ask for a number. He tells me it's on the door. I ask him to write it down because I don't have a pen. He tosses one on the counter. This is such a poorly run establisment.

There's this guy who wears plug earings and glasses, kinda big dude, worst customer service ever! I'm not sure what's his deal but he won't tell you your total he will just be quiet, passive aggressive, and makes you never want to come back. Replace this employee! Discrimincation?

Crap store. Most their things seem to be expired. This is the place to visit if you want Customer NO-Service. The man-looking lady behind the counter seems to be on her time of the month 30 days a month. Will never go to again. Am now going across the street. Much friendlier and MUCH cleaner across the street. AVOID this crap hole.
