The app says your order is ready for pick up, but I had to wait 20 more minutes in store because the staff told me it’s not ready. What’s the point of ordering on the app then? I could’ve just ordered in the drive thru.

Best service I've encountered at a KFC in so cal. They were very polite considering all the homeless people nagging for free food and drinks. Didnt turn any of them away. Great vibes at this joint

This particular KFC has been renovated and looks much better than before. The girl at the window was nice but kept getting our drinks wrong. Maybe she was working alone. Not sure. Also, she said that she didn't have enough original recipe to give me 3 pieces instead of giving me the option to wait for them. She only said that I would have to have a mix of crispy and original. I received one original and 2 crispy. Ugh!

This is my favorite KFC in the Valley area. They almost always have everything ready when you need it and it's cooked right. They work fast, have a nice and polite staff and drive-thru. (I can't say that about some other KFC's in the valley.)

Under construction but open anyway. Quality of food, chicken sandwich was crispy and looked good but taste was mediocre as they added a hint of garlic powder which was an unwelcome surprise. After eating a portion, I threw it out.

Only if Colonel Sanders was alive to see this. I went there yesterday to make an order of the menue and noticed same thing I buy in LA area here at this location is about 30% yes freaking 30% more expensive and this is a regular menue item not a special or sale item. I asked aren't the prices all the same and the guy said NO... All locations set their own price. And I was like was at And same think I Burbank location I went there once with coupons and they wouldn't honor it. Come on kfc your a franchise and you should set same menue and price and all should honor the darn coupon. No wonder more and more locations are closing and converting to Starbucks. Cause after all these decades, you can't get this simple thing right which is a 101 of any business, keep everything the same and uniformed. If i were you ( consumer) take your money and go to popyes...you get more for your money....or better yet...even Ralph's grocery store has a better fried chicken for half the price.

It's definitely hit or miss for me. We had great chicken and service here in the past hence the 4 stars. This time all 3 of us ended up with (tummy problems) I got a feeling the chicken might have been undercooked because the skin wasn't extra crispy. I'd be willing to give them another shot but the family says no more KFC from there anymore. Good luck and double check your chicken before eating it.

Always a place for good fried chicken. Location is clean and food was freshly cooked. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Wanted to try KFCs new Beyond Chicken nuggets. They are edible, but would I order them again? No. There is just no relationship to chicken, neither in texture nor taste. Bland and rubbery.

Consistency has always been KFC'S problem. Today, I got great chicken. My problem is the inability to read orders. Five times I have ordered mashed potatoes with NO GRAVY and I had GRAVY in my delivery. It's a simple thing that takes seconds to do. If this was a one time thing, I wouldn't be comments...BUT EVERY SINGLE TIME?!?!?? KFC needs to step up their game in terms of following delivery orders. Or else, Popeye's here I come..
