This is my first time at this pollo loco and I believe it was Salvador taking my order. He was super nice, got my order correct and I will definitely come back! Parking: Located by the lake and get a great view for eating lunch

Please pollo loco, do a better job at quality control on your burritos and plates chicken! You don't know how important a meal is when you have been waiting at the ER for 6 hours and your dd offers to drive all the way from LB to brings you food, only to get the most dry chicken there is!! The burrito and the plate had such of dry chicken I can barely chew it and my sick 80 mom too. We pay for good chicken not chicken that I wouldn't eat if I wasn't starving. The worst part is that I had to lie to my daughter and say the food was good when it was so awful. Do better next time!😡😤

This location is always clean. Employees go the extra mile to make sure the tables are clean and the floors swept. Also, the quality of the food is great. Some of the locations have lowered the quality of the food, like the everyone's very favorite avocado sauce. Every time my family and I go to our local restaurant in YL, we regret it. The avocado sauce is, every time, a salted chalky watery "avocado" sauce. So, now when I am craving my favorite chicken, I go to eather the Anaheim hills one or this location in Anaheim. Yes, I will drive the extra mile for quality. 🤗🍗🍗🍗

Tasty marinated Mexican flame broiled chicken with the usual side orders of beans & rice. While I am given first to order bone in chicken, I enjoy the menu with fresh made tostadas, seasonal tamales, and the occasional beef Barbacoa tacos.

I come here all the time and almost every time they get my order wrong. All I ask for is extra avocado and they leave out ingredients from my meal. Every time I get the same order the meal is missing things that it had before, what is going on? This is unacceptabl. I expect to get what I pay for

Very bad attention, not friendly at all, how is it possible that you order food for 8 people and they give you 6 small portions of sauce and they get angry because you ask for extra and they also bother to order dishes, what I ordered was for people who were still working from construction, do you think we bring the kitchen and dishes all the time? Wow this location is unbelievable... El pollo loco should just shut all it's locations down and quit the food business, seriously! They are super stingy about anything, including things that you get in abundance like salsa in the past and use covid to conveniently avoid opening the salsa bar. Worst of all, chicken (their bread & butter) is garbage now and employees are ultra rude, mean and unhappy. Gone are the days when It was good before the pandemic but these days my family and I, along with friends, don't even recognize this place anymore. It's such a shame coz we used to visit 90% of the time. Now it's down to almost 5% out of desperation and everyone I know have uninstalled their app on their phones. We need a new chain of grilled chicken franchise that will challenge and put el pollo loco out of its misery and out of business, post pandemic.

Theres times where i come here and there is no employees present before the times it is supposed to close (an hour plus). theres times where the employees in the drive thru take their time and take a really long time to get orders in causing a long line. This is all recent and it needs to be addressed.

Place is really good. The only thing though, is in occasion while going on drive through, the tend to forget items that I ordered... I know that working in a fast food restaurant, it does get a bit hard just because you need to work in an adequate pace, but come on. I also get that not all employees work the same, but at least be a bit positive, I get it.. some days can be a bit fustrating. But those good employees always make it up.
