Not sure what’s going on but starting app orders 10min after their completion time (it was NOT busy) & serving completely stale chips isn’t great

If I could leave zero stars, I would. But that would negate the point of this review. Upon walking into this place, I was not greeted… by any employee. I stood at the counter waiting to be helped as employees were messing around behind the counter. After receiving my food, I was walking around the place, there were 2 tables taken. However, every other table inside and outside of this chipotle was a complete disaster. Not to mention the floors! I’ve never been to a food joint that was as dirty and disgusting as this place was. I would like to say this is the first time I’ve run into this problem, but unfortunately it’s not. It also seems like there’s been many complaints about this place over the past 6 months and nothing has changed.

Don’t order online or on the app. I’ve made this mistake numerous times. You just stand there and wait and watch Al the people in line go through and watch a whole new set of people in line go through. You just might as well get in line and order in person. I’ve waiting 15-20 min beyond the guaranteed time. Not much of a guarantee. They don’t even apologize unless you say something. Otherwise, food is as expected Chipotle quality and tastiness.

Easily the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The staff at night could care less about cleanliness. Never mind that they aren’t polite, but they treat the food terribly. The food prep area is absolutely filthy and the employees go around touching and cleaning gross things and then prepare your food without changing their gloves. Avoid this location, the staff is awful

Went here later in the evening, and the cashier after seeing that there was no longer any chips available, took the Initiative to go to the back And then fill up a bag of chips so that way I would have chips it was cool to see that kind of that kind of enthusiasm, I think Brendan was his name but I'm not sure, should be given the title of chip warrior or something!

This Restaurant is in a great location but as of late is a very poorly managed and operated location. The food counters are ALWAYS dirty, the employees cross contaminate the food and the restrooms are also never clean

Love the salad w/both beans & guacamole the employees are hard workers & cheerful...they do need to hire some clean up person for the tables...BUT the food is worth it!!👍 Vegetarian options: I do believe in a compassionate lifestyle & they have plenty of options for plant based meals. 👌

One of the worst service. The portion you get is always less than what you expect and should get. Manager is very rude and unreasonable. Kept arguing that the beef bowl portion was right. I'm posting the photo, please judge for yourself. They have the worst service. You don't get what you pay for both on quality and service.

JOSE the manager is very poorly educated on the Point of sale system, he was unable to accommodate for my birthday burrito and I ended up having to pay on my birthday LOL what a joke of a manager. Won’t be coming here again… felt embarrassed on my birthday… I am a loyal customer and JOSE the manager cant figure out how to comp a birthday burrito LOOOOL hire better managers. Jose is terrible.

Exactly what we wanted! From the smiling, friendly staff to the amazing food - this place rocks! My fiance's chicken burrito was bursting (literally could not even be rolled up) with ingredients and flavor! My sufritas tacos were killer! And the chips! OMG! Don't leave here without a bag of chips! Thank you Chipotle for your great customer service and wonderful food! 😊
