The ONLY negative is there is no drive through service…ATM only. Very disappointing.

Understaffed. Usual waiting time to just make a deposit is around 20 mins.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The bank manager is rude and condescending. My debit card was stolen and it's going into the 2nd week of me not having a card and because of how ride he is I don't want to even go in there and get my money. I will be going in there with my husband and closing our account and going to another bank in doing so I'll have access to my money much faster than them trying to fix it.

I try calling up at the Cartersville location several times over the course of the day I understand that banks are busy I used to work at one but this was a question that only a bank representative at that location could answer and every time I called and someone couldn't get to me right away a recording would come over and say thank you goodbye and hang up on me I think that is a very rude way of handling that I wouldn't have mind waiting on the phone for someone, this is something that needs to be changed, everyone up there has always been nice, I don't know if it's a Bank of America thing, a branch thing or just a person who didn't want to answer the phone thing but if you dont have the time for your customers over the phone then why give us an option to call at all or at least come up with a better way of letting the customers know all representatives are busy and if you don't mind giving us a call back or leaving your name and number and we can call you back it at our earliest convenience Just had to update my post, well wouldn't really call it an update because nothing has changed, it's got worse! And during these trying times we've all been through this past year, you would think you could rely on your bank, especially now when people need access to thier money, access to people who are suppose to be there to help their customers but not at this branch! Over the past several months my husband and I along with many other customers have gone there to make a transaction and the bank would be closed, no signs posted, in the middle of the week for no apparent reason and how would we know the reason cause no signs telling us why?! Still cant speak to a real person over the phone(even when open, see employees supposedly working, standing there ignoring the phones, the customers?) Even though the past year has been trying on alot of businesses, this is a bank that has our money and as i drive past other banks, they have seemed to make it work one way or another like via drive-thru, as would think is a great resource to use during these times but guess what, this branch's drive-thru is closed and has been even before the pandemic?! All the fellow angry, upset customers ive encountered in the past year have complained to no avail, even saw and spoke with some elderly customers that didn't know what to do, dont know any other way to bank except for to go inside the branch and have someone help them, which upset me enough to speak up but also tried speaking to a person again over the phone to no avail, they just want thier concerns addressed because it is within BOA that we chose to trust our money with and believe me when many finally have the opportunity to go to another bank, they will!! Just would like this branch, manager, all employees and hopefully someone higher up reads these, is that during such hard times when people need your financial help, BOA has disappointed!! I appreciate the response, i went up there the other day and must say that there were 2 tellers that were extremely nice, asked me how i was doing, so to their credit as BOA employees they went out of their way to help me and actually cared! After all, still believe in what i posted but goes to show you that there are people who still care! That's what my review was all about, customer service, caring about your customers!! A bank is vital to people right now, really always are but trying to say, changes need to be made at this branch, its the only one in our town, we as customers rely on this branch! I understand that as an financial institution its hard to make sure all of your branches are doing the best they can since you have SO MANY but please understand that you have our hard earned money in your hands! Thank you to the tellers that seem to be the exception here!

I'm always treated with kindness , and wonderful service each time i enter there, everyone is so kind. I realize our bank is small, but there we are still treated with kindness. Cartersville is small so to me that's just perfect! they get the job done in just fine, l'm not complaining i'm proud of our bank.

Bank of America has perfected the ATM experience for me. Simple, easy, and quick. Paperless feature to email everything pleases my tree hugging heart.

Richard the branch manager was amazing. He helped me open my account with the help of someone else. He was polite and helped me figure out the best way to leave SunTrust. He helped me figure out how to use online banking aswell so I could make sure all my bills would still get paid timely.

Been going to this bank for 5 years now. Normally use the atm to deposit my checks. On October I went inside to cash my check forgot to count my money right there and then. Went to the store the next day and realized I was short $100. Made a report and spoke with management. Count your money while you there!!

The lack of tellers is astounding. There's rarely more than one teller working the desk inside but there's always a greeter asking if they can help. Heck yes you can help! Jump behind that counter and move some people through so I don't have to stand here for 45 minutes just to get change. And don't get me started on the genius that thought it was a good idea to put an ATM in front of the night deposit. That person needs to be kicked in the teeth.
