Stayed just up the street for a night on the way to Florida. Stopped for gas at the most convenient station on the way back to the highway. As soon as I got out of the car I regretted the choice. Eyeballing the Shell across the highway I almost left ... but I didn't. I won't make that mistake again. ~R

Called to ask if $3.88 price was still on as I'm driving through from Kennesaw, and got a "disconnected number" message. I NEVER do business with a business that doesn't answer it's phone, let alone a disconnected number. A lot of Shell stns do this. ~Rosanna

This store is very clean. The staff is outstanding with knowledge of helping me shop easier. I stopped buying ice cream at Publix. Because the ice cream at this store is more than half off the price of a regular grocery store. Enjoyed finding knickknacks for my new home. Even helped with my groceries to the car. You don’t see that every day. Awesome job to all that work there. Thank you. ~Todd

Steer clear of the lady that works at this gas station in the mornings. She literally charges more money than items cost. Doesn’t honor the prices that are listed. They had a buy 2 get one free on drinks, (not a huge deal, but super petty, happens so often that it’s not a mistake) when I got to the counter I get told nothing is free. Today I used change to purchase something under 2.00 dollars, after getting the change, she tried telling me I was .30 cents short, I knew exactly what I was buying down to the penny and took .15 more cents in there just in case there is some bizarre price change. This lady is a whole scam. I know I can’t be the only one to experience this going here. Moral of the story, wait until posh or the old man get there to do business with this gas station. I haven’t had a issue one time, when this lady wasn’t there. 2 stars for the 2 good employees that work there. ~jonathan

I just happen to run through the drive through at West End to get me a Covid Test, I was not a client, and the staff was so very thorough and courteous! So, even though I have been with my pharmacist for 15 years or more, which was just down the road, their service has just gotten worse and sloppier with each new year and their medication prices were getting outrageous! I thought, with this new experience with West End, I want to transfer all my medications to folks that care about you and your charges! I am very happy with my decision!! ~Stacy

We are happy we found a pump that actually had gas in it. Several of them were out of service. However, they did not go down to two stars because at least the bag over the handle said sorry on it. They couldn’t be 4 stars because they didn’t have Propel Water or Coke Zero. Boo. ~Dani
