Called to ask if $3.88 price was still on as I'm driving through from Kennesaw, and got a "disconnected number" message. I NEVER do business with a business that doesn't answer it's phone, let alone a disconnected number. A lot of Shell stns do this.

It is advertised clean bathrooms 24/7. I was appalled about how DISGUSTING the bathrooms were! Paper everywhere, no soap..and I won't mention the rest. I mentioned the bathrooms needing attention and the gentleman on his phone said yes when you leave. I asked for soap and he also stated I'll refill soon. The whole time he was talking on speaker on his cell phone. Another customer has spilled gas everywhere and he didn't even put absorbent down. Never EVER will I go back there. I will push my car to another station if needbe

Disgusting excuse for a Shell gas station. Go down the way to the race track station. This place is filthy inside and out. This station operator crew declines to sully their hands in cleaning restrooms, providing soap and working paper towels. Just disgusting!

The ladies restroom reaks like urine. The walls seem to be sticky from urine on them and dust stuck to the nasty bathroom stalls. Whatever happened to inspection and health sanitary check ups. They need to powerwash the whole bathroom ceiling to floor

I tried to get gas at 3 in the morning and the store clerk decided to sit on his ass behind his window with the door locked until i threatened to call his manager. Refused to give me a store ID number so I am now attempting to find it to inform his Regional manager of the issue.
