I hadn't been to the Mall in years, so it was a little overwhelming! But I mastered thru & went in to look around at some thingz, I didn't find what I was looking for, but the store was pretty good! 😍

A great store with even better prices than most places! Good quality product. Found my girls some really cute summer dresses for $8/$10! So cute! And they have tshirts on sale for $10 too

A lot of pastel colors, not really my style. Priced to sell though if you you are. I did buy a really nice sweater hoodie so not a complete waste of time.

Selection was poor but staff was friendly and acknowledged the shortage offering to order anything that maybe missing on the shelves.

Great place to shop but awful place to work at. One of those places that says "We're a family" then treat you horribly lol. Co-workers were nice however, some of those managers, yikes.

Aaron provides the best customer service. He went above and beyond to provide me with the best customer service that he possibly could. The computers wouldn't work yet he kept trying to get them 2 work!!

Huge shout out to Casey the general manager at this location. She was a huge help with an issue I encountered (UPS had items stolen from my online order), Casey explained what I needed to do and made my unfortunate situation so easy to fix. Seriously her customer service is fantastic! I also want to say thank you to Chelsea K. on the sales force chat. She was also a huge help in this process and had my items reshipped for me within minutes. Thank you old navy for having awesome clothes and awesome customer service!!!

Old Navy was a great experience. The customer relations staff was helpful in finding items and the sales price on some items was very fair. I was able to get the wife a couple of outfits without breaking the bank, which is a win win for me. We would go their again.
