Almost every time I go there, they say they can not help me and that I will need to call att. I explained what I needed and why, after, literally hours, with online, and they kept transferring me, which was I wanted to get help in store. No offer for a manager to help on any occasion, even when I was in tears. I've been there at least 10 times and probably twice have had really good customer service...and nothing to do with waiting. I don't mind waiting, for good service.

Terrible customer service. Employees were rude and unwilling to help. Left here and went to T-mobile, the level of customer service was night and day. Will definitely let people know to not to use AT&T

One of the very best and informative phone stores in the state! As well as their personal(Caleb to be exact) ,was all of this definition and then some. He was very pesonable,knowledgeable, and pleasant to do business with. We sincerely are privileged to have worked with him.

ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH AN AT&T STORE. I traded in my phone last November in which I was supposed to receive a trade in bonus. It is now a year later, still haven't received a bonus. You have less than a 25% chance of calling the store and actually getting in touch with a manager. I have asked the manager to send me updates on the bonus status in which I have never received an update. This has been going on for months and I'm sick of the way this location has treated me.

I came in store to switch from physical sim to e-sim and Karina helped me. I was impressed by her knowledge of products, her commitment to service and her speed of service. Thank you very much for having amazing employees like Karina she is a great example of an employee going the distance for the customer.

It's a very nice large store, I've never had to wait long. There's a payment kiosk inside. They've always been friendly and helpful every time I've been here. Not smart Alec's like some. It's located in a very large busy Plaza, but easy and close parking.
