Absolute BS! No local phone number! Virtually impossible to speak to anybody at the store to schedule an appointment.. You always get routed to a Verizon agent somewhere else on the planet who tells you they cannot connect you with the store directly.

Customer service is the worst at this location. After waiting almost 2hours was turned away do to my name change on my id and wouldn’t except a picture of my id with my last name prior to marriage. I also was told by Johannes not sure if the spelling is correct, but if I returned with my old id I would have to wait in line again. During my wait 5 other employees came in and went to the back. A couple came out to assist a woman whom was already being assisted by another employee. This is absolutely ridiculous if I hadn’t spoken up he and Rachel would’ve continued to ignore me.

We walked and were told. 15-20 minute wait. So problem we will wait. After 45 min an associate come up and said you are next and the. 5 min later said our appointment just arrived you need to wait about 45 min. We got up and walked out and went over to the Wyoming store. What a difference in costumer service. Also at Grandville you had to wait in your car in 100° instead of the store. NO OK

I guess getting any help requires an appointment. We were told to go to Best Buy across the street for help with an issue. Won’t ever go to this store again. Can’t believe they allow this at this store.

We went into this store around 10:30 on Wednesday May 4. We had originally tried to go to the corporate store near our home but for some reason they're now closed 2 days instead of one and the hours have changed to later times. When we checked online it said they open at 10 am which it has now been updated recently to 11 am we noticed today. This would explain why they weren't open, we waited outside along with other people but it was clear they weren't opening but the hours at the time didn't reflect that. We really didn't want to drive across town but we needed to upgrade phones and ended up here in Grandville. When we walked into the store there were 3 employees present and two had customers and one was on the phone with a customer. There was only one other customer waiting. We stood near the front for a few minutes and waited and no one acknowledged us or said they would check us in. There usually is someone to do that. There were 3 of us and my mother in law and I decided to look around while we waited. I went to look at cases and she went towards the phones. My husband remained at the front waiting to hopefully get checked in. As we proceeded to look at things I was scolded and yelled at like a child. "You need to go back up front! Stay in the lobby so we know who to check in next." I was a little put off since I wasn't greeted to begin with and my husband was standing in the front still holding our place and waiting. We waited at least 20 minutes before another employee appeared and he hung out way in back near the glass windows and acted quite hesitant. He sighed for a bit and paced a bit before even deciding to come up front. When he did he says who's next. By this time another lady had walked in and was waiting near the front table. I told the guy there was another gentlemen and then we were next. He says he's already been checked in. I said then we need to get checked in. He says what is your name and my mother in law gave my husbands name. He says What are you here for in a gruff rude way and acted like we were bothering him. I hesitated and he said something like what do you want or expect to do today. Seriously? We're here to get help obviously. My husband was already almost out the door and says we don't want anything. The guy who came to check us in says why ? I said because you're all rude. I'm sorry we're short staffed the guy says. That doesn't give anyone a reason to be rude. They weren't overly busy and he was nowhere to be found for quite some time and the store hadn't been open long. After contemplating writing this and thinking about this there was another lady who walked in about 10 minutes after us and she went to look at cases. No one scolded or yelled at her. She walked over and asked if we had appointments or were walk ins. I told her walk ins. She left and I guess didn't want to wait. The one thing I did notice is no one had masks on but us so perhaps that's why they were rude I don't know. There was a sign on the door masks recommended but not required so out of respect I wore one. We did call and complain to verizon customer service because my husband was really upset about this whole thing. We ended up at a non corporate store and were treated very nice but they are more expensive. We ended up dropping 1 of 4 lines and are also considering going to another mobile carrier after this experience.

Went into the store and was ignored. I understand people working with customers, what happened to someone at the door greeting you and taking your name for help. We watched an employee hanging a sign while we and at least 2 other people being ignored. They left. My wife went online to check in and the only appointment was 4hours later or the next day. I didn't see a sign that said by appointment only. They should acknowledge you being there somehow.

Came into this store at around 3:30pm and was not busy. Came for the promotion upgrade for a iPhone 13. Only one person working. I was never acknowledged. After standing there for 15mins I walked out. I've never had a bad experience at a corporate Verizon store like this. Felt very disrespected and not wanted. :/

Went in to pay off a phone and Amy made it into a big deal because “we should have done it online”. So after arguing with her just to get help, she adds us to the queue to be helped. I receive a text saying they will let me know when there is one person ahead of me. Amy said it would only be 30-45 minutes to wait. So I wait over an hour before going back in to see why I haven’t been texted— turns out they just decided to skip us and not even let me know it was my turn to get in there. DONT go here for help. It’s a joke.
