The bathroom was disgusting. The entire store needing tending. The windshield cleaning fluid was a yellow/brown leaving its contents questionable. A female employee was emptying the hot sandwich area as she told the other employee that she needs to throw them away cause they're far over their time limit for being sellable. The location is convenient to the highway and we got gas fine.

STAY AWAY..!!! This place advertises a price and charges a different (more). It's NASTY and not a safe place at night. Extremely rude employees and a worthless manager.

Walked down from one of the hotels and was surprised to see a “closed for cleaning” sign on the door. Around 6:30 pm ish, many people stopped by and left in the 45min - 1hr the stop was closed. The cashier was mopping very slowly and then hung out behind the counter to let the floor dry I guess? I hung around because I’m stuck in the area due to a breakdown and I needed a phone charger. Other gas stations were too far of a walk. Once she opened and took care of the people in front of me, I asked if she could get a phone charger and a cable off of the locking rack ($50 worth) she told me she didn’t have a key… I couldn’t believe this whole situation, I went over to the rack and removed the product myself, without using a “key”.

Sorry I stopped there. Rude rude rude! To Ms. K*** ….. sorry you had to remove your headphones to answer my question about a non-working gas pump. Darling, if you hate you job that much, why not move on? I would say you need to be fired, but I see the owner has set the bar pretty low..so why bother. You have no place in the service industry. Best to you. Pumps running super slow…. Over 10 minutes to pump 15 gallons! Just wow.

I was here @ 2am the guy let this couple in purchase stuff then when we came he said he wasn't taking anyone sounds like he doesn't want business . Don't recommend this place at all. If I was owner I would find someone else have a great day!

RACIST. rude and racist staff. Manager is black but white staff is rude and racist. Walked in and said hello staff refused to say hello she said what do you want and I was like wow rude and she was like you can leave with that attitude. Never coming here again. Sad racist town Cartersville is. 4/3 8:30pm racist white girl as cashier

We were towing a camper and it gave us the wrong entrance to the gas station. You need to pass the road they say to turn on and then turn right in to the station for the diesel pumps for big rigs. We had an awful time trying to turn around to get here.

Stopped for gas and bathroom break. Gas pumps were all operational and accepted Apple Pay. Lots of snacks inside and a decent bathroom.

We are happy we found a pump that actually had gas in it. Several of them were out of service. However, they did not go down to two stars because at least the bag over the handle said sorry on it. They couldn’t be 4 stars because they didn’t have Propel Water or Coke Zero. Boo.

We came for gas and the guy had the door locked. He was at the register and looked at us and turned and walked in back. I called the store and asked him why there was dead silence. When I asked him if he was going to answer me he said if we have to go to the restroom we lock the door. That didn't happen at this store.
