Nope! Went to customer service the guy said didn't know if they did them ask someone else. Someone else said sometimes they do and they would get a manager to help me. They walked away and helped someone else. I asked another employee they said no.

Soooo difficult if you’re not a member of the U.s. bank you have they send you to Ralph’s and they have to check if there is a person that can do that etc total time for it 40 min. So depressing this situation
