Needed to close my account. The banker Jessica was very rude and unprofessional.

I opened an account here when they first opened and have regretted it ever since. I have moved my funds to another credit union as well as opened an account with Charles Schwab. If you want to be treated poorly and have your time and money completely disregarded this is your place! The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered with a credit union. What a joke...It’s ironic and comical that they can reply to a bad review publicly yet ignore several emails I have sent. No one ever has an answer or does there job here. I cannot wait to close my account here...Stay away folks! Literally anywhere else will treat you and your money better.

From the moment you walk in, you notice the team here is courteous. Add to that - knowledgeable and efficient. I found the services offered were far superior to those offered at nearby big name banks. Ajene explained services based on my needs which allowed me to complete my business most expeditiously! Thank you!

Great customer service everytime I come in! Greeters at the door are very friendly and accommodating. The branch is beautiful also! Such a great environment. I look forward to going in every time .

We put $1,700 in the ATM outside making a deposit ONLY FOR IT TO SAY THERE WAS A TECHNICAL ISSUE AND COULD NOT MAKE OUR DEPOSIT NOR RETURN OUR MONEY❗️My husband went in and talked with the branch manager Sophia Srey which SHE STARTED THE CONVERSATION WITH THEY ARE 5 MINUTES FROM CLOSING AND DON’T HAVE TO HELP US❗️What kind of manager is this❓Needless to say she told him we have to wait until they supposedly get a technician to come which she said will take 15-30 days WHICH WE KNOW IS A LIE❗️

I don't know if I can even express how disappointing this bank is to me. I didn't even know a person could dislike a bank. I incorrectly assumed that credit unions were the same, so wrong. This bank has true bankers hours so if you work regular business hours, so do they so you cannot conduct business there. No counter checks and $10 cashiers checks. They told me free ones online. Yup, in your name only. Super unhelpful! Online or telephone customer service, just until 5pm. Online deposits, well $1500 limit so I can't deposit my paycheck - just went to the ATM. Out-of-order....again. Every time I go there I leave frustrated and all the inadequacies. Update: went on a ATM quest in Oakland - all the ones near Alameda are "restricted" no ATMs for people who work business hours unless you work in those buildings. No dinner for me or milk for the kids until I can find a working ATM tomorrow on my way to work before 7am

I went to this credit union to do an auto loan. To do so, I had to open a membership. No brainer. I went in, and Jacqueline Lane refused service to me. Despite having no other appointments, she told me, “we have other members that need to be serviced, and opening a membership takes 25-35 minutes, so you can do it yourself.” I was so flabbergasted that a banker would tell me that she cannot open an account for me that I asked to speak with the manager, Sophia Srey. Sophia was just as rude. My experience was so bad that I will never do business with this credit union, and I suppose future clients look elsewhere as well. Wow, I seriously cannot believe that happened!

The office is new and has two high end ATMs inside as well as one teller desk. There is an ATM outside.

The employees are great, the services suspect. I received an ad to attend a sale and buy a car at 1.99% interest. I purchased the vehicle for $19,000 and requested financing or $10,000 and was turned down. I offered to secure the loan with my personal cash (at the increased rate of 2.99%) and was turned down for the auto loan but had to pay 4.04% while borrowing my own money. I have 12 credit cards with over $50,000 limit and less than $500 balance. Excellent credit rating but was turned down by 1st United for a card. I deposited $400 cash in the ATM and 1st United did not post and took 4 days to find my cash. They have moved to more machine interactions and less people. I prefer people over machines that take jobs and cannot respond to problems. It is the customer oriented people employed who have prevented me from transferring elsewhere. (I have opened accounts elsewhere where I am treated like a good customer by having tellers, approved credit cards, give me veteran rewards and approve my loans). This must be the consequences of being an old fashioned senior citizen.
