Best bank in Alameda, California (CA) 2024

Really bad customer service. We we're waiting to be service for about 15 mins and there was either a manager or regular employee there just standing and staring at us. We were dress in summer clothes but that shouldn't distract them from at least coming to us and asking if we needed help. ~Chanreth

Worst Bank of America branch ever to exist, more manager than tellers... Whatever you do do not go to the guy with light eyes, he will mess you up on purpose! This whole Branch does not make sense, to become a manager you have to know how to be a teller / customer service rep, they act like they don't know how instead they just walk around asking how can they help you but refer you to stay in line.... Came in for something quick, ended up staying 2 hours in line... If you have to do any baking service please consider going to another Branch or just going to a out of service Bank... ~Marie

I opened an account here when they first opened and have regretted it ever since. I have moved my funds to another credit union as well as opened an account with Charles Schwab. If you want to be treated poorly and have your time and money completely disregarded this is your place! The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered with a credit union. What a joke...It’s ironic and comical that they can reply to a bad review publicly yet ignore several emails I have sent. No one ever has an answer or does there job here. I cannot wait to close my account here...Stay away folks! Literally anywhere else will treat you and your money better. ~Amy
