Should be zero stars. Entered lobby, put name on sign-in sheet. Female employee walked up and asked purpose of our visit. Answered wanted to open new account. Gal stated “no one to help you…we only open accounts by appointment….you need to make an appointment and come back another day.” This is pathetic and unprofessional. This is a retail location, not the commercial banking group or private bank. As a shareholder, I am appalled.

Went to the branch trying to get a document certified by a certifying official for opening a TreasuryDirect account. Yes, according to the instruction on the form, we can go to any financial institute to get it done). However, I was told their certifying official was on leave (This is a lie since anyone with the stamp could certify my form) and that I can try another branch. Then I went to another branch. However, in the second brach, they told me they are not allowed to do it anymore. They said many people went to them with this form, but Chase is not allowed to certify and stamp the form. That was another lie! I just had a friend have it done at another Chase branch. The lady, looks like the manager or supervisor, said well then you can go to that branch. I have had my accounts at chase for almost 10 years, and I was beyond disappointed at the moment. I was not expecting all the lies came from them.

This 5 is for the team & not for the female teller that made poor contradiction. She really affended me by lack of observation when sending me to the next window. I came through entrance first & stop by chair to pull out my wallet when a customer came in after me( both approached windows). She send me to next window from left to right( switched & surrendered my path of way) for the other customer. She & customer giggled like it's Ok! Check the camera..

The worst in-bank service I have ever received. I visited the branch on a weekday and waited in the lobby for over 40 minutes to request a temporary ATM card (since my replacement never arrived). Yet, they had 1 customer service agent standing around doing pretty much nothing the entire time. Moreover, I was only spoken to when I was told that I could get faster assistance if I just withdrew cash through a live teller instead of waiting to get a temporary ATM card. Really? How was that going to solve my lost ATM issue? They clearly only cared about getting rid of me as quickly as possible. That said, and as much as I hate to admit it, I have to agree with other reviewers - it does appear that Asian customers get priority service at this branch (how awful). What's worse, I was finally assisted only to be told that Chase no longer issues temporary debit cards. I suppose it was too much to ask to give me that information BEFORE making me waste an hour of my life waiting around..smh. The banker who finally helped me, Jose Cazares, was pleasant though. In sum, if you decide to visit this branch, plan on wasting at least an hour of your day if you need to to see a banker for the simplest transaction. Tellers are few, so teller assistance won't be much better (they had 2 tellers working and 12 customers waiting in line aside from the other 8 customers waiting for 1 of 2 bankers. That was at 10:40 a.m. on a weekday).

As a small business customer, I tried many times to deposit $1 bill at this location. The teller always turn me away because I have few thousands $1 bill. Shame on you. They should hire ATM instead of teller.

By far, this has been the worst chase branch I have been to. I received the worst customer service experience from the teller. She gave me terrible attitude and was very rude. I never plan on coming back here.

They literally steal your money here, do not use their ATM. The ATM gave us an error message saying it had no money but still deducted $800 from our account, on the receipt there is a phone number to call and Chase refused to help us. They shouldn't be in business.

Sucks to say, but here, if u r NOT asain or look asain, they really do make u feel like you can wait. Wait times here make no sense when not all employees are busy. Their phony attempts at customer service are almost comical. I went in to close my account. I didn't wait. They can have the 5 bucks. CHASE sucks.

Worst chase I've been a loyal customer for more than 6 years and having a person outside telling you, can't park in certain areas is ridiculous, after I bank I have to move right away? Not sure whom is in charge but never will I come back

I signed in and wait more than half an hour in the waiting area. And this mainland Chinese women rushed in interrupt one of the lady staff, ignoring the sign in sheet. The staff asked this mainland Chinese lady to have a seat. But once the staff finish with her current customer. The staff assisted the mainland China lady instead of going to the sign in sheet. This is America... Please wait in line
