The lady up front thinks she owns a shop in Armenia. She’s not helpful and she’s rude. Asks you if she can help you but she shushes you to listen to her phone call. Then acts like a robot. Not trying to be helpful at all.

Horrible experience there. Don’t believe the 500 dollar bonus they offer you when you open your account! I went through multiple bankers (first it was Suzanna then it was Adrianna) and then each one left the company after so my account was stuck in limbo. Then I worked with Robert Peña, who is the coordinator there for the bankers. DO NOT WORK WITH HIM! He promised me he will look into my account and work out my bonus that I was suppose to received and then after a couple of phone calls and e-mails never responded. I even went to his office to talk after I couldn’t reach him. and he had my number up in a post it note that he hasn’t touched for weeks. Absolute horrible experience with Robert Peña. Stay away from this bank at all costs.

It is 1:23 and there are 4 people in line and there is only ONE teller. A gentleman came out if the back snd he said, “it will be a while but we are working on it.” If you are working on it, bring in another teller. I feel bad for the sole teller sweating. What made it worse, is that a person behind me was served before me, because one of the bankers sitting on the floor, KNEW him and they spoke a different language. He wanted to deposit, so did I. This is very bad. The funny part is that the lady helping the man offered him validation, where there is no parking attendant and the gate is wide open. How detached one can be?????

When I moved to California from Florida a couple years ago, I chose CitiBank on my adult daughter’s recommendation. I have not been sorry! In fact, having some time to form an opinion based on experience, I am very pleased with the banking functions both as online services, and the walk in brick & mortar branch here in Encino! Scott was one of the first managers that I came to know that showed a genuine, sincere interest in some the special questions and needs that I expressed, and offered solutions I was pleasantly surprised to learn existed within CitiBank. And!... I’ve found the friendly, comfortable, welcoming attitude to be pretty much across the board with everyone I come in contact with at this branch. Its comforting to see a staff that seems to truly enjoy working together and helping each other out whenever needed to answer questions, or just keep things running smoothly for everyone involved! I honestly always enjoy stopping by my Encino Branch CitiBank.

This branch and it's staff have been very helpful overall in the 6 years I've banked here. They know me personally and offer a community environment. retention in staff is important for clients like me who bank here because they know my name and have stayed long enough to really know how the banking system works. I hope Citibank as a corporation understands how important staff retention is and continued training. The overseas after hour customer service can help with simple things. Do not ask them any complex questions. Wait for normal business hours and ask for a manager. Popmoney bill pay has had several issues in the past 5 years with me. The online website and app are, otherwise, extremely helpful and easy to use for most banking needs.

I am no longer a customer of Citibank but I was at that Branch today to help a friend in need. I deposited a large cashier check, the teller did not properly process it and almost put a whole week hold on it which is not typical when depositing a cashier's check. Christina the manager, I believe, stepped in and resolved the situation. Now, that is customer service at its best. Although I am not a customer, it shows that Christina is willing to go above and beyond for customers or otherwise. Who knows, I might change my mind and come back as a client just because of her. Thank you Christina for taking the time and helping me.

Very poor customer service. I left with 2 other customers and went to the Tarzana Branch where not only did they make us feel welcome, they knew what they were doing and were very professional
