Best bank in Encino, California (CA) 2024

Horrible experience there. Don’t believe the 500 dollar bonus they offer you when you open your account! I went through multiple bankers (first it was Suzanna then it was Adrianna) and then each one left the company after so my account was stuck in limbo. Then I worked with Robert Peña, who is the coordinator there for the bankers. DO NOT WORK WITH HIM! He promised me he will look into my account and work out my bonus that I was suppose to received and then after a couple of phone calls and e-mails never responded. I even went to his office to talk after I couldn’t reach him. and he had my number up in a post it note that he hasn’t touched for weeks. Absolute horrible experience with Robert Peña. Stay away from this bank at all costs. ~Patrick

Local bank that really doesn't support individuals. They are more focused on businesses but the stafg is nice but the overall programs they offer and accounts do not really fit someone wanting to open a small savings account ~Anna
