Twice I’ve gave them my number and contact info and still they do not call to let me know my prescription is ready. When I tried calling to follow up I was left on hold for over 15 minutes. Horrible service!!!!!

I unfortunately live on the street behind this Walgreens and it's the closest place to buy any last minute snacks but they seem to hardly ever restock and then the customer service is just down right awful.

I’ve been using this Walgreens for all my pharmaceutical needs. The staff is always fair with customers (who are often irritated with their own situation). The employees here are all excellent and compassionate about their customers.

I don't know what people are talking about. I have always had a great experience here I drive from Studio City to come to this one. Pharmacy staff is amazing and the regular staff are always kind and say welcome to Walgreens.

So my dad is ill with terminal CA, and is on strong pain killers. Every single Walgreens Pharmacy I visited (6), refused to fill it citing they don't have it available, moreover treated me like a potential drug addict with suspicion. This is terrible.

CONGRATULATIONS WALGREENS PHARMACY ENCINO YOU WON MY FIRST NEGATIVE REVIEW!!!!! ... Ok I've been going to this Walgreens in Encino on Ventura blvd for years. The store is ok for the most part. Not too clean in my opion compared to CVS. The pharmacy however is a whole different matter. It is is extremely slow and quite problematic. The people working the pharmacy is often very slow and I mean sloth like slow. No care about the other people waiting in line. There may be only one person In front of you standing at the window and you would be waiting 15 to 20 min just to drop off a prescription that I can pickup later. The so called drive through I will no longer us at least for dropping off prescriptions because the first and last time I used it they lost my prescription. When I went to go pick It up the told me I didnt have one there was no hard copy but I was in the system. Later, Walgreens found the prescription from my doctor inside their copier. Today they did the final straw. Ive been diagnosed with extreme lower back issues which causes me an extreme amount of pain. Just walking from A to B is a challenge for me at the moment. My doctor informed me that I will be needing another surgery to fix the issue im having with bulging discs. He then subscribed pain medication to help me live my daily routine until my surgery next month. So taking my prescription to the pharmacy to drop off I received a reply from the pharmacy that I wasn't expecting. First the girl behind the desk takes my prescription look and gives me a strange snooty look and walks away. She comes back and tells me that she needs to see my drivers license. I was puzzled and asked why. she stated that they alway ask for drivers license for that type of medication. I responded by that ive been going there for years and this was the first time they ever ask me for that. Then the pharmacist called me over , a tall African American gentleman, and said he won't fill my subscription. That in order for him to fill it it, I would have to have it written from a pain doctor. I haven't seen a pain doctor didnt know I had to. I got the prescription from my orthopedic surgeon but apparently that was valid. In the past 3 years ive had two other previous surgeries and never had an issue about this. He embarrassed me, treated me as if I was an addict that I was only there to get pain medication that according to the pharmacist I didnt need. So I took my prescription back wen to CVS which I had no issue on filling it. NOT EVERYONE IS A ABUSER........ So before you start judging better know your fact Walgreens. So don't use these guys strongly suggest. otherwise you'll just end up frustrated and find yourself at CVS.....

I called the Pharmacy to refill a Rx and spoke with Edwin who was very rude and careless about my request. The worst customer service I have experienced. I don't understand why they would hire someone like that in a pharmacy where sick people are calling all the time asking for help.

This is a junior sized general merchandise store. It's Walgreens so there is a pharmacy. There is also everything else; pet products, soft drinks, frozen food and photographic supplies. Not to mention greeting cards, toys, candy, over the counter medications and the latest TV gimmick. There's more... You get the picture. Free parking with validation. Wheelchair accessible, including bathrooms.

I went to this store because everything is in stock. The parking was ridiculous. I accidentally lost my ticket to get in this damn drugstore. The ticket guy tried to charge me 14 dollars for losing it. I told him I was not going to pay it. Whoever puts valet parking for a damn drugstore. This building is money hungry if u ask me. Last time I will come in this ridiculous place.
