I wish i could give ZERO star to this place, i went to the mart and unfortunately the manager named "Mark" doesn't even look at customers while providing service and he was texting on his phone the entire time, also he was not wearing a mask. Extremely rude staff, if you wanna spend your money just go to another gas station close by!!!

I hate that this is the closest gas station to home. Pumps are always broken. The receipt paper is always out. Frustrating

Purchased gas and was refused air service. Section 13651 of the California Business and Professions Code further indicates “Every service station in this state shall display, at a conspicuous place on, at, or near the dispensing apparatus, at least one clearly visible sign which shall read as follows: CALIFORNIA LAW REQUIRES THIS STATION TO PROVIDE FREE AIR AND WATER FOR AUTOMOTIVE PURPOSES TO ITS CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASE MOTOR VEHICLE FUEL. I will be calling and filling out a complaint. Tell me $1.50. The law says free.

Tried 3 different pumps and they wouldn’t dispense gas. My credit card was flagged for fraud because I kept having to charge it every time I tried to dispense. Person at the counter was unhelpful, told me to “try harder.” No thanks, I’ll just go somewhere else.

I had a slashed tire and drove up for help. Mike said he had a replacement tire for me, at a good price. I then realized I had no wallet. Mike changed it anyway and told me to come back to pay him. That was incredible! In this day and age of bad customer service, his was exemplary.

Prices are a bit higher compared to others, but that's to be expected for the area - you're paying for convenience. The staff do try to be helpful!

I am reviewing the Encino Auto Care Center and not the Shell gasoline. These two are at the same address under Shell. If I could I would give less than one star to this place. They are thieves, I am not joking. I went here a while back and had a couple of repairs. They told me they replaced the parts and charged me almost $700. The dealer had given me a quote of $1200 so I thought this was a great deal. A week later, my car broke down. Took it to the dealer and they said that the same part needed to be replaced. I told the dealer I had just replaced it and they said that it looked old and it didn't seem like it was ever replaced. Long story short, this place uses old used parts and will charge you for a brand new one. Do Not Go Here!
