Walked in, they checked tire size, and were able to start right away. An hour later, new tires on my truck and out the door!

Once again these guys went above and beyond the call of duty. They close at 6:00 p.m. my tire warning light went off when I left work got there as quickly as possible 6:10 I roll up ask them if they could pull the nail out of my tire and fix the flat. They said no problem sir we'll have you up and running in 15 minutes. You won't get that kind of service at point s or Firestone. Thanks again team!!

I decided I wanted to paint my paint calipers and some paint got lodged between the pad and the rotor but I could have sworn it was something completely worse from what it was doing. So I look it to them and they said 3 hour wait time witch I totally understand without a appointment they cleaned my brakes off and the car was back to normal. Thank you les Schwab

I called the Canby location this afternoon needing to schedule an 11am appointment for my trucks tire to be patched. I had already spoken to the Wilsonville location and scheduled a 10am for Friday but wanted to see if they had something sooner at a better time. A women named perla I believe answered the phone and I asked for exactly that. She told me no that it would be a walk in only. I have a 15 month old and don’t have the availability to sit and wait around. I told her about my existing appt and she said welll I could do an appt online only. I told her she has not been helpful at all and I don’t want to use a location that’s not helpful. I was really really dissatisfied and disappointed with the service and no want to help their customer.

I get my seasonal changeover done here. Fast and honest service however, parking is challenging at this location. Sure wish that they had more spots for customer parking.

Rachel, one of the front desk gals was amazing. The level of customer service she showed me and other customers was truly amazing. I interacted with a couple of the guys, Rudy and Silas as well and they were also very stellar. They were clear with the info and pricing. There was a wait but to be expected. They are the reason I will be going back to this location.

They messed up my tire pressure sensing system. Had no problem when I drove in. Now they are sensing backwards. Front are higher pressure than rear. Am going to have to take vehicle to a Les Schwab I trust on Tuesday after Labor Day weekend
