Can't say enough positive things about the team here. We were filling up with gas and then received a tire pressure warning on our camper van. We turned into the Tire Center and Matt immediately helped us! He got us in right away and explained that we had a faulty valve stem. He replaced it in less than 30 minutes and also took a look at our other tires to make sure we were safe to drive out of there. The Supervisor, Thomas, was also super friendly and communicative. Iggy helped us check out and pulled our van out of the tire center. We are so thankful that they were able to get us taken care of so quickly. Thank you so much!

Landed here with a flat a few months ago on a Sunday morning. Costco was the only tire shop in town willing to help. The garage foreman immediately got our tire off the wheel and inspected for internal damage and walked us through our options. Had us up and running quickly. Outstanding service. Super thankful for their help that day.

Its obvious that doing walk ins and appointments isn't working. I was told it would be about and hour and 45 min...Its been 3 hours. Im currently sitting out side of Costco waiting for my car. I just needed my tires rotated. Iv been told it will be the next vehicle in the bay multiple times. I just asked again and was told there is an appointment at 6 it might go in after that one. This system is not working. Employees are a little tart im tired and now groceries are spoiled.

I had a flat tire which they couldn’t repair. Then they said they would have tires in two days and a week later they still don’t know when they can get the tires. Staff is polite, system just sucks.

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Made buying tires hassle free. The tires I purchased weren't in stock and they got them in overnight for me. I was able to walk in and have them installed.

Even though it was Friday after July 4th, it was an easy in and easy out. I did not have to wait over five minutes in line to check out. All the foods were stocked and ready for purchase. It was a great day at Costco

I am always happy about shopping there. They got good deals and new stuff all the time. The only place that has the organic coffee beans that I love. I have gotten my friends trying it and buying it.

If you need new tires look no further! The guys at Costco tireshop were knowledgeable and able to set me up with the perfect tires and managed to still beat other local prices. I won't be going anywhere else from now on.

I put tires from costco on two vehicles and I have never had more issues with tires in my life. I have had issues with tires holding air pressure on both vehicles and have made sevral trips back to costco to remedy issues. Costco may save you money on tires initially but over time you will regret not having went to les schwab.

The employees here work their butts off, they really do. And they're still friendly! The prices are what you'd expect from Costco. BUT!! I have to take off 2 stars because of the wait time. It took my mom over 3 hours to get new tires put on her car.
