Every time I go I have the ultimate brisket nachos with smoked salsa which is amazing. The owners are amazing. I love this little gem/restaurant. I give it 15 out if 10. 👍👍

The BEST brisket I have ever had! The most tender and I had half of it without sauce because the most was so good. And after 25 years in Texas and 35 years in Kansas City, I have had a LOT of BBQ. If you are in the KC metro and looking for great BBQ, it's worth the drive.

I stopped by Padoolers this afternoon to see if this place was as good as the reviews indicated. I was not disappointed. I had the brisket sandwich and thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm generally one that likes his brisket sliced on the thin side. The reason for this is that slicing thin can be insurance that the brisket is edible even if it's a little tough. No worries about that here. The brisket was sliced thicker than I normally prefer, but it made no difference because it was literally fork-tender. It made a great sandwich. The flavor was wonderful. I'm anxious to come back and try the ribs and pulled pork.

This place was delicious! We didn't like the coleslaw 🤷♀️ but that is an individual opinion. I only mention it because if you are looking for bland regular coleslaw like KFC, you won't get that here. He makes it himself and it is flavorful and gourmet 🙃 I feel like there were onions in it and I don't do onions. Most people would love it. I loved the beans and meat! We will order again!

Small place, great food, nice people The King Padooler sandwich was really good. 3 meats, BBQ sauce and shredded cheddar cheese. Had the right amount of smoke where it tastes great but you don't spend the rest of the day with indigestion.
