They have more things for dogs 🐕 and cats 🐈 and reptiles things like that then fish and supply little high but a very interesting place to visit

Never will I go here again. Very little products, no one spoke or asked could they help me. Horrible customer service plus heart breaking to see that little bunny forsale in the glass. Pellets are not good. Main diet Hay orchard Timothy. Yet not much to choose from. Sticking to petsmart. Much nicer and reward program and lots of supplies for all animals.

The employees could use some better training when interacting with customers. Very condescending and try to push products on you or make statements of how you should do this and not that or buy a specific product. I don't mind knowledgeable people. Just some consideration. If we as customers dont have knowledge regarding something 9/10 times we will ask or look the information up.

I already loved this pet shop and have came here to purchase things over a couple years now. But today made me love them more. We came in to see the ferrets and I had my two year old with us. He ended up tripping and hitting his head pretty hard. One of the employees Miss Brooke immediately jumped in to help. She got me a stool for him and gave him a lollipop and one of the stuffed toys. She was so sweet and patient and helped my son feel better instantly. Thank you Brooke for being so awesome!!

This place would be great if it wasn’t for the customer service. It’s hard to find an employee on the floor. I just tried calling the store and an employee picked up the phone and hung it up immediately. The selection of products is good though. Make the trip to their Clemmons location. Worth it.

My girlfriend and I ship here regularly and have always had a good experience. The staff seem to have an almost vet-tech level of knowledge concerning various topics such as animal nutrition

We got mochi here about two weeks ago, and he’s already gaining weight and socializing with the boys:) The pet store was amazing, not too many animals to a habitat, fish tanks we’re clean and well oxygenated, and they had this sassy cat, I was in love with her, I hope somebody adopted that calico😭third picture is a squirrel with an egg roll

I absolutely love this place!! Every time I go in, Joy is so helpful and nice. She’s helped me a newbie fish owner. Today she gave me some crucial advice that seriously saved my tank. I hate petsmart for obvious reasons. This place has healthy animals who are well cared for and in clean environments. I price check this store with chewy and it has the same prices! Unbelievable! Again, I love all the staff here. Some really lovely people and that’s what has won my business.

Always pleasant and fun trip. I always buy more than needed. Oh well...I gotta spoil them. Today I picked up birthday supplies for my birthday boy Diesel. He will be 15 on the 6th of February. This is his last birthday as he has cancer and not much time left. He has been the BEST and everyone at Pet Supermarket has always been friendly and helpful. Thank you for making this last year great for Diesel. Last week he came in the store with me and picked out a pig ear and strutted through the store so proudly.
