Just left Sonic in Peculiar. They were busy not swamped by any means. It took awhile to get waited on. Ordered a diet limeade, turned out it was carbonated water. Had to wait again they never answered. So we finally flagged someone down to help us. She wasn't happy about helping us she didnt bring the food the first time but she did get the drink. So the next 2 times it was carbonated water and 1/4 of a lime. We ended up just leaving instead of going through that again! So I'm not sure if anyone knew how to make a diet limeade or if they ran out of soda syrup and just didn't change it. We were very frustrated to say the least.

The food is consistent as always. The staff does their best. They are always understaffed but not to their fault they just can't seem to find new workers so it's a bit of a slower sonic but they are still worth it!

Burgers not bad. Shakes not bad. Chicken tenders are quite questionable. They are flat, about a quarter inch thick. The picture on their sign shows their " Tenders" to be round in the cut away side view. I had the waitress look at my cut away compared to the picture. She said, "So you want more?" I said, "No. I want you to go tell the manager that the product doesn't come close to the picture!" I don't believe she followed anything I was saying.

This place used to be great when I was in high school… Now you order mozzarella sticks and don’t get any mozzarella! I’m not in the area often anymore but I definitely won’t be getting sonic when I am!

They forgot part of my order then made me pay for it again said I was lieing about them not putting it in the bag. The manager said they were to busy to come out and talk to me about either. Very rude and unprofessional.

I just got food from here, spent 20$ on two meals that were completely incorrect. I ordered a double burger meal and it was a regular one patty burger..so, yeah. I paid for that mistake. My sons meal was the exact opposite of what I ordered. The person taking your order does not recite the order back to you when you're done ordering, and I shouldn't have to open two bags worth of food and hold up the line to check every single thing. I ordered an extra fry, it never made it on the order. I won't be coming back here, I'd rather drive 7 to 14 miles to the next town over for food. This food is SO overpriced for the quality and accuracy problems they have on a regular basis, especially at this location. Last time I'm dealing with it

Extremely yummy! We had chicken tenders, conies and tater tots. All cooked perfect. Excellent server, very friendly. Good price overall.

Ordered on the app so that we could have it ready when we got there. Checked in and my payment was processed. They never came out with my order. Went up to the door to check what was going on, the person standing there on their phone just ignored me. We left without our order or money. As we left another customer was walking into the door. Hope they got better results than I did.

Took over 15 minutes in the drive thru after order was taken, order was rang up incorrectly even though she read it back mostly correctly the first time and then just gave us a total after corrections. Order bringer then wanted us to go back around the building to go though the drive thru again to wait longer for what the order taker screwed up. Never got a receipt for this debacle too.

Pure laziness allowed me to give this location another chance. I'm amazed to say that the order was correct. The burgers were cooked correctly instead of the burnt pucks I've been served in the past repeatedly. Whatever changes have been mafe are to this location to make this experience 100% better needs to continue. Thank you for fixing the issues that have plagued this place for years. It was a wonderful meal.
