first time calling, and Jim or whoever was very rude! i only ask one question and he couldn't wait to end the call....will never go to this shop. and to your response......i wouldn't think you know me because you were so eager to get off the phone...not hear to argue with you but my opinion a bad place

I am not sure I have ever had a better experience with a business than the experiences I have had with monkey printing. I typically only write reviews when customer service is really good or really bad. This place is REALLY good! Jim is incredible. If you email him, he will respond promptly and he even helped me come up with a design for my shirts. I have done three or four big orders through them and every time the shirts come out looking incredible and the orders are exactly right. They are fast too. One time I ordered shirts and they were ready for pick up two or three days later. This place is just awesome!

Professional and Fast! He embroidered a business logo on a polo and Nike hat, both of which he had in stock. He had to digitize my PDF logo. It looks fantastic! My order was ready to pick up in a very short period of time. The owners were professional and personal. We will be repeat customers!

We couldn't be more happy with how are jackets turned out. I'm ashamed to say that I tried ordering from an online company first, which turned out to be a disaster. Monkey Printing's prices were much lower and the quality of embroidery much higher. Not to mention the quick turn around and great customer service. I'll never go anywhere else!

These guys are great! I have been using them for a few years now, every year I have something to be done from screen printing company shirts for the employees to embroidering polo's, hats, and even embroidering Carhart jackets. They are easy to get a hold of and always makes sure I am happy with the work.
