Scheduled a Covid booster and when I arrived, which is 1/2 hour drive, they said they didn't have any vaccines. They called me about 15 min after my appt to tell me they had to cancel. The first one went off without a hitch.

The worst. I just moved to town and had my prescriptions sent to this Walgreens a month ago. They called and said they were ready. When I got there they said they ran out of one of them and couldn't get it filled for three days. I asked how does that happen? You knew for a month. They said a new patient could come in and get all they had on hand without waiting their turn.

The worst. I just moved to town and had my prescriptions sent to this Walgreens a month ago. They called and said they were ready. When I got there they said they ran out of one of them and couldn't get it filled for three days. I asked how does that happen? You knew for a month. They said a new patient could come in and get all they had on hand without waiting their turn.

I am being charged $125 for a "free" Walgreens covid test. Be aware. This bill is in violation of what Walgreens advertises on their website.

Labcorp told me the pharmacy sent in the requisition papers for my Covid test wrong and that Walgreens needed to call them to correct it. Walgreens refused to call Labcorp to correct it. I needed my Covid test for surgery!! Do NOT go here for Covid testing!!! I’m reporting them to my insurance!! What terrible customer service. They were so rude. Blamed me. Refused to help in any way. Basically said they didn’t do anything wrong. That they will not call Labcorp to get it corrected. But they’ll sure take the insurance.

I tried to get an appointment on line and after several tries was unsuccessful. I went in they couldn’t have cared less. I went on line at Freddie’s and got an appointment in less than 5 minutes. Won’t be going back, ever.

I've always found the Canby employees in store to be nice; however, the pharmacists in the Milwaukie store can take a long walk off a short pier!

Guy manager is VERY rude especially towards women. Female clerks are very kind people, definitely thankful that the lady with dark short hair and glasses was there who knows what good customer service is, if it wasn’t for here I would never come back to this Walgreens.
