I have been using Rite Aid pharmacy for about two years and the service just continues to get worse. I call my perscriptions in about five days in advance, yet they never have everything ready. Leaving me to wait and spend money or return aother day and wait another 30 to 40 minutes. This is why their lines are so long. I have noticed how they do the same to most of their costomers. If they simple compiled all my perscriptions at once, as well as the other costumers we wouldn't all be sitting waiting while they filled perscriptions. They give me the important perscriptions like blood presure while forcing me to wait evertime for the others. They have the worse costumer service; they are forcing their costumers to spend as much time in their store as they can instead of providing efficiant service. They use to be a store people wanted to shop in; what happened?

I don't know why I come to this Rite Aid... This will be the last time, as I've been coming here for about a year and every single time I have to wait at least an hour for a prescription to be filled. Often times, the prescription has been sitting there unfilled for multiple days by the time I get there to pick it up. It doesn't even seem understaffed, as there are always five or six people walking around. It's just a waste of time, do yourself a favor and find another pharmacy.

What is the point of having a phone line if you never answer it? I’ve never had to fight this hard to get a prescription filled. I came in multiple times to get it refilled even though it’s supposed to be on auto-refill. If you’re thinking about using them as your pharmacy, don’t.

Nothing I like about this particular locating! Don’t. Just don’t. Never answer phones. Paid over their app & still waited in the pick up line for 25+ minutes. I always have to tell them the meds that they *should have automatically filled & they are short staffed always. Bad customer service!

They are negligent in their responsibility to the patients that need. Life sustaining meds / inhalers in order to help them breath. For the 2nd time in 2 years and I promise there will not be a 3rd. Inhalers were prescribed for a family member. We went in yesterday 2 hrs after the prescriptions were called in! And were told the prescriptions (would not be ready till the next morning). My son suffered through the night! These are not regular prescriptions / refills. These were prescribed for pneumonia. We go in this morning and 1 of the prescriptions is ready! I asked why? They told us yesterday they would be ready this morning! I asked again what is going on? It's been 24hrs since they were called in They admit finally they are OUT OF THE MEDICATION!! this is the 2nd time they have been out of prescribed Emergency INHALERS and with held this information. I told them if they are out of a prescribed medication! They need to tell the patient. I was told that's to many calls?? Not to mention we went into the pharmacy in person yesterday!. How hard is it to say we are out! So the patient can have the prescription either transferred to another Rite Aid or called into another . Instead they LIE by omission simply saying the prescription is not ready!

Absolutely love this pharmacy! During 2021 on several different occasions, it was a nightmare trying to get rx's filled at my previous pharmacy. After picking up a few different rx's for family members at this Rite Aid pharmacy, I made the switch. The personal care you get at this pharmacy is incredible!

This place is absolutely horrible especially the manager Mariah. She charged me 10.00 more for a item then it was advertised on their website. When questioned about it she told me I would have to return it then buy it online and pick it up. I returned the item then went to my vehicle in the parking lot to purchase it again, all to walk right back into the store to pick it up. I did all, while having a sprained ankle and a child at home that keeps passes out. Don’t go to this place until the company starts training their employees about customer service.

I’ve been going to Rite Aid since January 2022 when Bi Mart closed down their pharmacy. I realize the Rite Aid Pharmacy took on a lot of BiMart customers and the staff was overwhelmed. The service is getting better but I feel they should be faster at filling the prescriptions. I called my prescription in 24 hrs in advance and when I picked it up, it still wasn’t ready. It’s disappointing and aggravating but I don’t have a choice so I put up with it

After hours of trying to get through to a person, getting hung up on at least 6 times, I finally got through and they said they didn’t have my prescription even though they did and my doctor called them. Never getting a prescription here ever. Good luck getting them on the phone.
