Bought my car battery here. Installed it myself but couldn't get the screws tight enough, so I drove in, and they tightened it all in seconds. Staff is friendly and helpful not only showing me where things were but going to grab them for me, and carried things to my car, and retrieved the old battery from my car as well. They also asked me to call with any questions while installing the battery after giving me the instructions.

They've helped me out three times this month with ongoing issues with my aging work van. They had everything in stock that I needed and was able to get it up and running quickly.

Kaylar was the most help and down to earth person I've encounted at ANY auto zone ever. Super solid. That woman deserves a raise! Clearly with such great customer service, ill go out of my way just to buy my part at this auto zone.

This location is a lot more friendly and helpful than the one on Mission Ave. across from the High school. Been here multiple times and even if they don't have what you're looking for they will point you in the right direction 👍

I came here to get a battery replaced and the staff was extremely helpful. The entire process was pain free. They weren’t allowed to install my new car battery for me, but loaned me tools and walked me through the process to do it in the parking lot. Everyone was very friendly and the whole process went quickly, highly recommend!

The manager is always super friendly and helpful. The staff there is always knowledgeable and is eligible if they don't have an answer they'll do whatever it takes to get the answer. Alberto is the man.
