When your automobile needs some special or unusual repair, they take the time to thoroughly explain it. I believe they can service all types of cars from a 1931 Ford Model A to exotics like Ferrari, a 1953 Corvette...and a 2001 Honda CR-V! Kieran and Walter are very personable and professional. GMC Envoy 60K service, tires and electrical issue I had an electrical issue that after 5 trips to the dealer was still unresolved. It was diagnosed on the first trip to Big E and subsequently the offending part was replaced. 60 K service and new tires installed, completed as promised, on time and on budget for a fair price.
