I ordered a big Mac pack and I asked for everything to be made fresh as I was willing to wait for it. I also ordered one big Mac with no pickle, and surprise it had pickle and no big Mac sauce on either burger, they beef patties were cold, the nuggets were hard. The fries tasted like they were just dropped into the fryer to heat them up. The response from the manager was "I dropped the fries myself" when I asked them for their corporate number neither of the managers claimed they knew it. I am very understanding of food service from working in it for 15 plus years. But if someone is spending their hard earned money if they ask for it to be made fresh and are willing to wait why are you not accommodating?

The place is disgusting. I watched another customer give back a bag of food that wasn't their order, get only part of their order, AND THEY GAVE THE OTHER FOOD TO SOMEONE ELSE! After someone had already touched it. After all of this, they got MY ORDER WRONG. They accuse customers of lying. They do not follow health code regulations. The people are all rude.

We stopped to get my granddaughter a happy meal and my daughter a meal.They went inside to order cause we've had problems before getting the orders correct.After waiting 12 to 15mins they got the meals and came outside for us to go home..I dropped them off at home and it wasn't 5mins.untill my daughter called me and said they didn't put her meal in the bag. She called and they apologize and told her the next time she came in they would give her the meal she ordered. Kind of like a day late and a dollar shor!! This has happened several times and I've had my fill!!!!. Sorry you asked me about McDonald's but I can't tell a lie and say it was a good outing.

Please do not offer the adult happy meals (yes I know it's silly) if you do not have the all that it entails. I ordered it and it brought to me in a regular bag. This was after the employees were talking about my order while I was in line. Very unprofessional and rude. I will not be back!

I went through the drive thru to order a chicken nugget kids meal and a big Mac meal substitute drink for a large mocha frappe n ended up getting a small mocha frappe I also ordered another large mocha frappe. The issues were the fries were cold n the Big mac didn't have have big Mac sauce it tasted like cheese sauce and lots of it....

Had to pull up to wait on my order for almost 10minutes just for them to bring out a burger that appears to have been sitting there since before lunch. Dry and rubbery avoid this McDonald’s at all cost.
