Best hamburger restaurant in Daleville, Alabama (AL) 2024

I ordered a big Mac pack and I asked for everything to be made fresh as I was willing to wait for it. I also ordered one big Mac with no pickle, and surprise it had pickle and no big Mac sauce on either burger, they beef patties were cold, the nuggets were hard. The fries tasted like they were just dropped into the fryer to heat them up. The response from the manager was "I dropped the fries myself" when I asked them for their corporate number neither of the managers claimed they knew it. I am very understanding of food service from working in it for 15 plus years. But if someone is spending their hard earned money if they ask for it to be made fresh and are willing to wait why are you not accommodating? ~Candice
