sad excuse for mail service. Mail comes at different times during the day mainly at night our neighborhood checks mail with flashlights. post master says not obviously they dont keep up with their mail carriers. Higher postal charges for slower service !!!!

Best customer service I’ve ever had from a post office. Kristol was super helpful and a very pleasant person. I was in and out super quick on a Saturday.

My experience walking in is never "bad", they are always helpful. Sometimes not in the best mood, but I understand we all have those days. Main issue is the delivery drivers NEVER ring or knock when they leave a package. I had a very important package, required a signature, and instead of even coming to my door, they left the attempted delivery slip in my mailbox. I am home most every day, and I was home that day. Even just today, they didnt knock or ring, just left a box at my door. Not even getting into the continued incorrect mail and I've been here over a year. Just please actually try to deliver my packages, and knock or ring. I don't understand when you are already at the door, just knock or ring.

I wish I had some other option rather than this inefficient mess. Constantly sending me mail for other people, despite me filling out paperwork (multiple times) saying not to send mail to this address not addressed to me specifically (I just sent a letter for someone else back a day ago, with "RETURN TO SENDER. NO SUCH PERSON AT THIS ADDRESS" written on it in HUGE letters. Guess what was in my mailbox again today?), throwing packages at my door from their cars, squishing things into my mailbox that shouldn't fit....... The list goes on. If only I could get all my mail through UPS, I'd do it. They at least seem to care about proper service and getting things to me in one piece.

If I could give negative ratings, I would. All I wanted to do was call and see if I could fax something before I drove all the way over there .The automated system refuses to let you to talk to a REAL person and when I finally did push the right sequence of numbers to get a person the wait was 50 minutes . ABSOLUTELY INFERIORATING!
