Lunch break for two hours. I have watched so many cars come and go while I’ve sat here and waited for this place to open all while it is listed as open online. There is seriously just a piece of paper with scribble on it that the person is gone to lunch and will be back at 2:15. I saw that sign at 12:30. How is this possible?

5 Star to 1 star. Update. 11/12/20 it appears they have to close for A LUNCH BREAK!!. Whenever they feel like it! This is sad, so many people trying to mail packages... just a sign on the inside door "Out to lunch "!! No time frame!! Seriously!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Your employees are very rude, lack common courtesy & does not have the communication skills to be working for the USPS post office. I will be getting the information of the young lady who answered the phone "OH MY GOD" before speaking to me.

What is the point of this place? It is NEVER open, no matter when you stop by. How much money is being wasted on rent in this location? Just shut it down already. It's infuriating to see the hours on the door and yet never have anyone there. Unreal.

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered on friday but was never delivered. At 8 pm it went from from delivery time at 8 to held at facility per customer request. I didnt request for it to be held. Saturday, which is today, nooje is at the facility to pick up. USPS is a terrible service and I am very dissatisfied.

I honestly should not have even given one star. I have lived in Bluff Park over 12 years and try to make it a point to never come here. The sweetest little community with the WORST post office ever. If you are going to work in a job where you communicate with people, either do it in a polite way or get another job. Be rude to me...that’s bad enough; however, to be rude to my 6 year old - is pretty pathetic. Oh well, guess it’s a good early life lesson to my kids that people who work at this post office always have been and always will be RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!
