Bought my car battery here. Installed it myself but couldn't get the screws tight enough, so I drove in, and they tightened it all in seconds. Staff is friendly and helpful not only showing me where things were but going to grab them for me, and carried things to my car, and retrieved the old battery from my car as well. They also asked me to call with any questions while installing the battery after giving me the instructions. ~Anne
