I do not recommend this place when buying a car. BUYER BEWARE! They'll say that they sell at MSRP, but they'll include "protection package" even for vehicles that are not on their lot (they'll force it on you). Their salesmen are also unreliable as they never reply back. Very unprofessional. They'll say it's a miscommunication but it's not, especially when it's confirmed by two of their salesmen. The "protection package" is not an option and they'll force it to the customer. They're also adding this on a vehicle that hasn't arrived - let that sink in. And if the customer respectfully asks to not have them installed, they'll never reply back. This "protection of investment" is a scam. Trust me, your paint is better protected with Xpel paint protection film or any ceramic coating applied by a professional. I recommend shopping at Palm Springs Hyundai or Tustin Hyundai for no dealer addendums, add-ons, or whatever scam on top of the MSRP.

Avoid this place, or at the very least Jose Nunez. Worst salesmen ever. I live 2 hours away from the dealership so I relied on email to communicate. Jose became unresponsive to my emails when I had the audacity to ask if the $1500 car care package could be dropped from his proposal (had to email him multiple times throughout the day to get things moving again because I was getting no replies). He finally answered my question the next morning but sold the car later that day (would've closed the deal the day before if I didn't have to badger him for replies). It was irritating but the follow-up is what was really unacceptable: 1. Let me submit the financing application without telling me that they sold the car already (which dinged my credit score). After waiting the entire morning for the application results, I asked for an update in the afternoon which is when he told me about the car. 2. After telling him that I was disappoint in his service, he replied back with gems like "you are more than welcome to search elsewhere" and "I did give you plenty of time....to complete the application but due to your delay the vehicle was sold" It was the most unprofessional email ever. I was just looking for a sorry and a decent offer on another vehicle. I get that there's vehicle shortages right now and it's a seller's market, but don't treat the customer like dirt.

This is the must go-to dealership. They are not ripping you off. They are definitely willing to help you. They picked me up from the Hanford Amtrak station, the buying process was quick and easy, and I was taken care of as a student driver. Thank you Marcos and Celeste for dealing with the process. Special thanks to Jessica for giving me personal care and making the entire time at the dealership amazing! (She is the best salesperson. She saved my life!)

Yah, nope. I checked out those cars. Not great warranties so that’s a Red Flag. Check out make & models on NHTSA.gov. First before buying. This place always looks dead, another red flag.

Had a great car buying experience here. I do not live locally, so they sent Omar to pick me up from Fresno airport and drive me to the dealership. Once there Jessica, Adrian, and the rest of the team got all the paperwork in order and made the car buying process smooth and easy. There were no weird bait and switch tactics or hard sells for add-ons. All in all I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted, and would absolutely buy from here again.

I took my Hyundai Elantra here the day before Christmas because it had trouble starting. They were SO kind and patient! They really worked hard to diagnose my car's issues and made sure to let me know about a recall I'd been unaware of. One thing that really stuck with me was how happy all the employees seemed. I would expect to run into at least one person that exhibited frustration or impatience at being at work the day before Christmas. However, there was not one person there that did not seem happy! I greatly appreciated being in an environment that was both customer and employee friendly. Good job Hanford Hyundai!

6-25-2017 My mother and I went into the dealership in hopes of trading in her 2013 Chrysler 200. We were greeted by Marcos who was very friendly and very pleasant to work with. Our visit started with Marcos sitting us down inside, going over what we needed in a car, what we expected to get out of our visit, and how he could best serve us. Much different from other lots where we would oft wander around the lot, find something we liked, and hoped the numbers would fall in our favor. It took a bit of waiting, in a well air conditioned and very clean building, but they showed us an Elantra. It was within the budget we discussed and fit all of my mother's needs. On the test drive Marcos was very personable, knowledgeable about the product at its features, and made the overall experience a positive one. However, we didn't love the car. The vehicle itself was fine, but at base model it wasn't hooking us. When asked about the next level trim, they again, we quick to pull one around, show us the other available colors, and explained what it featured over the base. We decided on black with a beige interior. Then came the numbers game. Truth be told, I was telling mom to just walk out after the first price the sales manager showed us. While we were alone and he adjusted the numbers, I found the same car for less at the same lot where we bought our previous car. It was also twenty minutes from home, opposed to 40+ minutes. It took two more attempts and some questions from my mother before they reached a deal. After that it was just a matter of going home for lunch to think on it one last time and get the trade-in cleaned out. I wasn't with her when the paperwork was signed and the deal finalized, but mother had nothing but praise for the woman working the finance department. There's two local Hyundai dealerships within ten minutes of where we live, but when I'm personally able to purchase a vehicle, I'll be certain to make the journey out to Hanford Hyundai first. They've definitely earned my future business. Update: Three years later I stayed true to my word. I worked with Jessica and my experience was every bit as positive as it was when my mother bought her Elantra.
