Rolando was amazing with us! He was not pushy or aggressive like a typical salesman. He made our car buying experience pleasant and easy. He knew exactly what I wanted and that I was interested in the extended warranty and he fit those numbers right in without making me feel uncomfortable. He helped financing crunch numbers and got us into a brand new Hyundai Tucson SEL with a down payment we could agree on, at the monthly payment we were able to afford and stayed at a decent interest rate. We test drove a Santa Cruz but decided on my Tucson instead. He still took us on another test drive using the Tucson with no hesitation or frustration. He waited for us to finalize all paperwork to go on lunch. He even walked us through setting up MyHyundai Bluelink and showed us all the features it had to offer. Rolando was a pleasure to work with. My family and I highly recommend going straight to him if you’re in the market for a new car. We will definitely be back for another car in the future!

Bought a car there and noticed overspray of paint attempting to cover up that the bumper has been replaced on a clean titled car and noticed cracked paint above my license plate cover and they claimed their “appearance” warranty doesn’t cover it which makes no sense, also my transmission felt really clunky when it downshifted so I checked the fluid and appears it has never been changed so their service team doesn’t do any good either getting the car ready and when I received my car the first day I bought it there was a granola bar wrapper in my center console. So I payed over the Kelly blue book price for a car that claims to have a clean title but is obviously hiding something that looks like it has been covered up by a child. Don’t do business with them and if you do make sure to go with a jack and flashlight to make sure the car has no secret damages the carfax doesn’t show. To add on to this yesterday all my lights illuminated on and left me stranded for 2 hours until I realized it was a bad battery, the service team is a joke and if I’m paying extra to get my car serviced I need that money back because I can do it better myself.

He made the the purchasing process as smooth as possible. It was a late night but every step of the process was seamless. Relatively easy and straightforward to discuss the purchase and set things up. Showed up, signed some paperwork and off we went. Everyone seemed super nice. Maria in particular was very helpful in getting us going. Only complaint is the dealer did not seem super familiar with some of the new car features (like BlueLink), and it has been a bit of a headache getting Hyundai to realize I now own the car to set it up. In general, probably not this dealers fault, just a confusing system and the overall experience was great.

My girlfriend and I had been going from dealer to dealer trying to find a good reliable car and I am very glad we stopped here. Maria was an amazing help, BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ALL OF FRESNO!! we found the car we wanted, they were extremely patient and understanding of our situation. If I could give more stars I definitely would. We are more than happy with our new 2022 Elantra Hybrid Limited! Best decision we ever made.
