ALWAYS a positive feed back in regards to my experience at Selma Nissan. I purchase my first NEW VEHICLE from them back in 2008 and my vehicle was a 2009. The customer service with the purchase of my vehicle was great. Since then, I have continued to service my 2009 and now my 2023 vehicle at this location. Love how their website is very helpful and up to date, making everything simple. For myself, auto maintenance/ service work perfect as scheduling and time management in while service is being performed. Their operational hrs work perfect , as to I working night shift. I would like to acknowledge the exceptional staff in front desk of service.... specially Ismael...... very attentive and very helpful as always, professional as well as his partner . I recommend Selma Nissan to my friends as do my parents..... My parents too have positive feed back with the help of the purchase of their New Rogue and the service too. The entire front end suspension was repaired by Nissan on this visit. I had no idea how bad it had gotten until the service tech took me out and showed me the torn bushings. Being able to see what needed to be repaired made it much easier to make an informed decision or what repairs that were needed. As always everyone was amazingly friendly and helpful down to the point of helping my son figure out the coffee maker. I have never had a bad experience at Selma Nissan and I will always recommend them.

This past Thursday I went in to get my oil change, I called and scheduled an appointment one week prior to it and I came in and found out that I was not put on the appointed list, but I was very happy and grateful that I was able to get squeezed in so I thank Jose Z.B. for that. I'm happy that they finally topped off my coolant because I wouldn't want my Nissan to overheat especially in this hot hot weather. The thing that I did not like the most though is the price of getting my oil changed other than that really good service.

Quick service, they replaced the Takata airbag based on a recall, saw their services they have available, would consider going to them for the additional services as well when able to. Took picture of their current service rates price chart, which is good to see when needing to maintain car.
