Had to have some PRICEY work done. The WRONG parts came in (not Mossy's) fault. So they had to keep my car LONGER, but they picked up the slack and offered me a FREE rental car. Awesome.. Brandon and his desk partner were AMAZING

Visited this location last weekend and was assisted by Peyton. From my initial call to arriving and meeting in person Peyton was extremely helpful. He followed up with us later in the week without being pushy. While we didn’t end up purchasing our vehicle with him/Mossy, I would definitely return for a future vehicle purchase if they had what I was looking for. Great service all around!

I typically don't like to leave bad reviews, however this is the third time my car has been serviced without air being placed in my tires and I did have a tire rotation. Also my windshield wiper fluid was not filled. When I took the car in, I specifically stated that the last two times these things were not completed. Now, I will be going to Discount Tires to have them graciously add air in my tires and I'll have to buy windshield wiper fluid to fill it myself. I go to the dealership for the quality of the service and experience.

I came in to the dealership, did not have time to make an appointment. Cesar helped me out right away. I told him I needed an oil change and tire rotation. He made sure everything was done fast and efficiently. All the staff was friendly and professional.

I had a great experience with Alex. He answered all my questions, concerns, and offered advice so that I may get the best deal. Everything was explained so that I could easily understand. My truck that i bought to run my entire business doesn’t work, the transmission does not go into Park. Mossy Nissan says “no fix sorry call corporate” i call Corporate they say “ no fix sorry go to the dealership” they sold a vehicle and had no issue making money in the sale like a business does but when they realize what they sold doesn’t work they tell you to fly a kite. Quite literally the worst experience of my entire life.

Best interaction with a sales associate at a car dealership that I have ever encountered and I have bought several cars. No high pressure sales, he listened to what my friend wanted. Ian was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Ian showed us a pre-owned car and covered the details inside and out, then took us for a test drive. My friend wanted to think about it and we left. If she doesn't buy the car here, it certainly isn't because of this encounter. Ian was excellent.
