Certified Auto Repair, in downtown SLO, is a great auto shop. I have been there twice this summer (2022), for various services on my hybrid Prius C, and have always been met by a smiling, helpful person. They know customer service! I've been to this place twice and both times received exceptional service- both the work on my car and the customer service was phenomenal!!! This is my favorite place ever to get work on my car done! I got an oil change today, and the man helping was so nice. I’m a 21 year old girl so sometimes I worry about people taking advantage or talking down to me at mechanics, but not here!! Everybody is so nice and helpful. I strongly recommend this place!!
