Best car repair in San Luis Obispo, California (CA) 2024

I can’t say enough good things about BMW of San Luis Obispo.. I purchased my m3 comp from them and my experience was GREAT!!. I was disappointed that they didn't do all of the 14 points for the signature oil change service that I had requested. Not replacing the inside cabin filter was not a big deal by itself but when they also didn't wash the outside windows or vacuum the car (the covid excuse is wearing thin) as was part of the 14 points it makes me wonder if they used the best brand of oil? When certain things aren't done it leads you to question whether everything else was done well. I had really appreciated their service but was disappointed in this last service. This place is great! The owner is a really nice guy and they mechanics do a great job! The service advisor and manager treat everyone very well. They are honest and will inspect your car to make sure everything is okay. I highly recommend this shop. ~Larry

Had to run down a person to get help yet there was two people at the counter. Maybe I just expect to much by wanting to be addressed when standing there waiting so that I know they've seen me. Thankfully it was picking up an online order. ~Sparky
