Holy cow, I write this review hoping that it’s read, considered, and heard by the gentlemen I am writing of. I have always serviced my vehicles at Jiffy Lubes. I live in Arizona, and made a 9 hour drive yesterday to San Luis Obispo. The people (at a different business) who did my previous most recent oil change as of 1 month ago.. did not take any care or concern in how they put my gasket in for the oil change. I of course broke down in the middle of the desert and was expecting to spend $$$$ and worry on repairing my new, now almost nearly ruined Tacoma. I arrived at the San Luis Obispo Jiffy Lube this morning after a night of hell of getting my truck towed, as it could no longer be driven. ROBERT, greeted me and took the time, patience, professional, and compassion to hear me out in all my angst of my almost blown engine. He immediately got me in and communicated to me the entire process of what was done wrong in Arizona, and within 15 minutes… he had my truck ready to go all fixed. I was convinced my truck was ruined, and Robert is a truly wonderful employee for fixing other peoples wrongs. I will never again get my vehicles serviced anywhere but Jiffy Lube. But my experience at the Jiffy Lube in San Luis Obispo is the best experience I’ve ever had, by far. Robert is an amazing asset to Jiffy lube. Even hearing how we communicates with fellow co-workers was impressive. All around, so grateful!! Thank you Robert & Jiffy Lube! Service: Oil change

I don’t have my parents in town to go with me and every time I need something fixed on my car and going here I feel taken care of and that I can trust this service to repair my car. Always super professional kind efficient and experienced workers and I’ve been helped by different people every time. Definitely a good Jiffy Lube location to go to. It’s usually an hour wait if you need more done on your car but basic quick fix things they’ve done in under 20 min in the parking lot. 10/10 the place to go in SLO.

i went in yesterday to get a hole in my tire from a nail patched. the girl who initially helped me was very kind & to-the-point, and the guys that were there were also very nice. i was in & out in less than an hour. :) Service: Tires

Received an oil change yesterday. Drove out of town 6 hours and during the last hour started hearing a weird noise but it was very late so I did not stop. Next morning looked under my car and the under carriage cover was hanging off, dragging on the ground! I took it to the Jiffy Lube in Chico to get it fixed, they said the crew in San Luis Obispo simply did not do there job and screw the cover back in all the way. It could have been a very dangerous situation! Makes me think what else was done wrong….? Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I was disappointed that they didn't do all of the 14 points for the signature oil change service that I had requested. Not replacing the inside cabin filter was not a big deal by itself but when they also didn't wash the outside windows or vacuum the car (the covid excuse is wearing thin) as was part of the 14 points it makes me wonder if they used the best brand of oil? When certain things aren't done it leads you to question whether everything else was done well. I had really appreciated their service but was disappointed in this last service. The young woman in the office was great explaining to me everything that I may need to do in the future and I really appreciated that Service: Oil change

First of all I don't mind waiting but I found it very rude that they moved my car out of the way to let someone else go ahead of me even though I had been there for over an hour. Second of all, my radiator fluid was completely full when we got there and it just vanished when we left!!!! My car nearly overheated!!!!
