I was disappointed that they didn't do all of the 14 points for the signature oil change service that I had requested. Not replacing the inside cabin filter was not a big deal by itself but when they also didn't wash the outside windows or vacuum the car (the covid excuse is wearing thin) as was part of the 14 points it makes me wonder if they used the best brand of oil? When certain things aren't done it leads you to question whether everything else was done well. I had really appreciated their service but was disappointed in this last service. This place is great! The owner is a really nice guy and they mechanics do a great job! The service advisor and manager treat everyone very well. They are honest and will inspect your car to make sure everything is okay. I highly recommend this shop. ~Larry
