Great customer friendly service, direct diagnostic to find out what was wrong with my car, unfortunately for me I needed to replace the engine and did not have enough money to do so. Thank you Brandon for being honest and not trying to tell me something else just to keep the car there, that lead me down a different alternative so I went to the dealership and traded it in for something else. If you need something from Rizzolis’s I highly recommend this place for the best friendly, honest and clean shop on the central coast. Service: Engine repair

I had a great experience with Rizzolis. My check engine light came on, and even though they are scheduling pretty far out at the moment, they fit me in that same day to scan my car and make sure I could drive it while waiting for my scheduled/more thorough appointment. This business is extremely professional and I think they have the best customer service that I have seen at any auto shop.

Seem pretty professional and capable , but hourly rates are very high like a dealership. Over $170 per hour. Fuel filter apparently took over an hour and labor was more than the $120 part. I have a feeling that’s book time, not actual labor time. Was quoted a total price for tires including installation and alignment, but service advisor couldn’t immediately break down the cost, which was very high and only provided one option which wasn’t even stocked. Services: Auto emissions testing, Vehicle Inspection, Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance

My 2007 Lexus GS350 has always been serviced by Rizzoli's so I have many years of experience. Every single time I'm reminded of what awesome people they all are. I have never had a bad experience and they go out of their way to take good care of me and I'm certain everyone else who goes in for service. Most recently I could not open the trunk from inside the car or with the key fob. They did trouble shooting and found a service bulletin from Lexus that needed to reset the module. If that did not work I would need a new trunk latch which costs more than $900 just for the part. Resetting the module worked, at least for now. Their waiting room and rest room are spotless and welcoming. Their shop area is always immaculate. And I cannot say enough good things about Steve, their Service Manager in San Luis Obispo. I feel that he keeps me well informed about what to expect and I believe he cares very much for all his customers. Services: Electrical, Oil change, Air & cabin filter replacement
